𝟒𝐏𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐒𝐒 𝐀𝐥𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐒𝐒𝐒𝐲𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.

On 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the activity at the Barangay Labangal Gymnasium featured the Measles–Rubella Vaccination Campaign and an orientation on the SSS AlkanSSSya Program. The vaccination campaign, led by Dr. Jane Montañer, National Immunization Program Regional Coordinator, DOH XII, emphasized the importance of immunization in protecting children from preventable diseases. This initiative is part of the Mindanao-wide Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA), which administers vaccines to all children aged 6 to 59 months and runs from January 19 to February 13, 2026.

Meanwhile, Mr. Kenneth Valencia, SSS Team Leader, conducted the AlkanSSSya orientation, highlighting the benefits of regular savings and long-term financial security. Beneficiaries actively participated, raising questions and engaging in discussions on health and social protection programs.

The activity was also graced by Honorable Graziel Pacquiao, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Services, underscoring strong local government support. Through this initiative, 4Ps Labangal continues to improve access to essential services, foster financial literacy, and promote inter-agency collaboration to uplift families in the community.

The Kalambuan highlighted the achievements of 4Ps beneficiaries who have successfully transitioned from the Survival Level to the Self-Sufficient Level of well-being. This milestone reflects the continued impact of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in empowering families, strengthening resilience, and improving their overall quality of life.

During the event, beneficiaries who demonstrated remarkable progress were recognized as living proof that the 4Ps continues to fulfill its mission of helping households achieve stability and independence. Their success stories showcased how education, livelihood opportunities, and sustained community support can lead to long-term development.

A key feature of the celebration was the recognition of this year’s Huwarang Pamilya and Exemplary Child, honoring families and children who exemplify discipline, perseverance, and positive values. Their achievements serve as inspiration to fellow beneficiaries and underscore the vital role of strong family foundations in community growth.

The Kalambuan celebration reinforced the commitment of the program to uplift more lives and to guide beneficiaries toward lasting self-sufficiency.

The team delivered a lively and well-coordinated performance that highlighted creativity, rhythm, and teamwork, earning the cheers of the crowd and the nod of the judges. Their retro-inspired choreography, costume, and ex*****on reflected their dedication and passion throughout the preparation.

This year’s 4Ps Day gathered beneficiaries from various barangays across the city, celebrating unity, and empowerment, 4Ps–Labangal stood out and brought pride!

The team expressed gratitude for the support of their families, coordinators, fellow beneficiaries, and to the Barangay Labangal Lgu, promising to continue representing Labangal with excellence in future events.

Nakamit ng Team 4Ps Labangal ang 4th Runner-up sa Retro Dance Competition ng General Santos City Convergence Office para sa selebrasyon ng 4Ps Day, na ginanap sa Gymnasium ng General Santos City.

Lumaban sila kasama ang 12 grupo mula sa iba’t ibang barangay, na nagpakita ng husay at sigla sa kanilang Tiktok-inspired retro performances. Ipinamalas ng Team Labangal ang galing, disiplina, at pagkakaisa na nagbigay karangalan sa kanilang barangay.

Layunin ng aktibidad na paigtingin ang partisipasyon at talento ng 4Ps beneficiaries sa mga programang pangkomunidad.

Lubos ang kanilang pasasalamat sa LGU BARANGAY LABANGAL sa taos-pusong suporta sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program sa Pangunguna ni Punong Barangay Alberto D. Pacquiao at Hon. Graziel G. Pacquiao, Committee on Social Services.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧!
Umindak sa entablado ng General Santos City Gymnasium ang sigla at kumpiyansa ni Binibini Aprilyn Davis nang itanghal siya bilang 2nd Runner-up sa prestihiyosong Lakambini ng 4Ps 2025, isang patimpalak na nagtatampok sa talento, talino, at karakter ng mga kababaihang benepisyaryo ng 4Ps program.

Sa gitna ng hiyawan at masigabong palakpakan, matagumpay na nalampasan ni Davis ang 15 na kandidata mula sa iba't ibang barangay sa lungsod—isang patunay ng kanyang lakas ng presensya at husay sa pakikipagtagisan. Mula simula hanggang dulo, naging kapansin-pansin ang kanyang mahinahong pagdadala, matalinong pagsagot, at ang natural na karismang umagaw sa atensyon ng mga manonood.

Hindi lamang siya nagkaroon ng puwesto sa Top 3—kundi naiuwi rin niya ang mga espesyal na gantimpalang Best in Interview at Miss Photogenic, na nagpatibay sa kanyang pagiging standout sa entablado. Ang kanyang matatag at matalinong pagsagot sa Q&A segment ang nagbunsod para kilalanin siya bilang isa sa pinakamahuhusay na kalahok sa patimpalak, habang ang kanyang aura at magandang personalidad ay nagpamangha sa mga camera at audience.

Sa buong kompetisyon, dala-dala ni Davis ang kwento ng isang empowered na kababaihang 4Ps beneficiary—isang babaeng may pangarap, determinasyon, at lakas ng loob na ipakita sa lahat na ang pag-unlad ay posible basta’t may tiyaga at tiwala sa sarili. Ang kanyang laban ay hindi lamang para sa korona, kundi para sa inspirasyon ng maraming kababaihan at pamilyang Pilipino na patuloy na nagsusumikap para sa mas magandang bukas.

Ang pagkapanalo ni Aprilyn Davis ay nagdulot ng labis na tuwa at pagmamalaki, at nagbigay inspirasyon sa mga kapwa kalahok na ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pangarap—sa entablado man o sa totoong buhay.

Ipinapakita ng Kalambuan event ang mga natamong tagumpay ng programa sa pagtulong sa mga mahihirap na pamilyang makaahon mula sa Survival level tungo sa pagiging Self-Sufficient. Kinikilala rin dito ang mga natatanging pamilya at kabataan sa pamamagitan ng Huwarang Pamilya at Huwarang Anak awards, kasabay ng pagpapamalas ng talento at pagkamalikhain ng mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps.

Sa paghahanda para sa darating na Kalambuan cm 4Ps Day Celebration 2025, ginanap ang isang coordination meeting noong Nobyembre 10, 2025 sa Sangguniang Barangay Session Room sa pangunguna ni Hon. Graziel Pacquiao. Sa naturang pagpupulong, malugod niyang inaprubahan ang kahilingan ng Labangal 4Ps beneficiaries na maglaan ng lunch meals at snacks para sa lahat ng kalahok mula Barangay Labangal. Kabilang din sa kanyang suporta ang transportasyon sa Nobyembre 27, 2025, upang ihatid ang mga benepisyaryo sa General Santos City Gymnasium (Lagao Gym).

Bukod dito, ipinahayag ni Hon. Pacquiao ang kanyang kagustuhang maghanap ng paraan upang suportahan ang Kinatawan ng Labangal sa Lakambini ng 4Ps competition, bilang pagkilala sa kahalagahan ng pagpapalakas at pag-empower sa mga benepisyaryo ng 4Ps.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Labangal 4Ps Parent Leaders Federation has officially taken their oath of office, marking a new chapter of leadership and service for the community. The oath-taking ceremony was led by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Alberto Dapidran Pacquiao, who encouraged the officers to uphold their commitment in guiding and empowering 4Ps beneficiaries within Barangay Labangal, General Santos City.

The newly elected officers include Meah Berdonar as President, Gina Palabrica as Vice President, Maribeth Bacus as Secretary, Mercedita Rubi as Treasurer, and Maricel Noble as Auditor. Each officer vowed to perform their duties with integrity, accountability, and dedication to the ideals of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Adding to the celebration, the representative for the Search for the Lakambini ng 4Ps, Ms. Aprilyn Davis, was formally recognized by the Sangguniang Barangay members during the regular session. Her recognition highlighted the continuous efforts of Labangal 4Ps beneficiaries to promote women empowerment, leadership, and active participation in community development.

The event signified unity, empowerment, and the shared vision of pursuing “Kalambuan 2025” — a goal that reflects progress, participation, and pride among the 4Ps community of Barangay Labangal.
