๐๐’๐‰๐Ž 2026 | ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐’๐„๐‹๐„๐‚๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐ ๐๐‘๐Ž๐‚๐„๐’๐’

Last August 21, 2026, the aspiring Barangay Siguel Junior Officials (BSJO) took another significant step in their leadership journey as they underwent their Final Interview.

The young leaders were paneled by Hon. Christian Jay M. Aquilam and Barangay Secretary Maโ€™am Rhysmae A. Sauro, who assessed the applicants' leadership potential, critical thinking, character, commitment to public service, and readiness to take on the responsibilities of a young community leader.

Following the final interview, the applicants proceeded to the final selection process, where their overall performance and qualifications were carefully evaluated.

This journey is more than simply selecting young people for positionsโ€”it is about identifying youth who are willing to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and become active partners in building a stronger community.
