General Santos City โ The Department of Agrarian Reform Sarangani conducted its 1st Quarter Assessment of Accomplishments cm Review and Planning Session of the SPLIT Project on April 6โ7, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to deliver efficient and impactful services to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.
The two-day activity served as a platform to review and evaluate the performance of DAR Municipal Offices, with particular focus on the 2025 Catch-Up Plans and Action Plans, alongside a comprehensive assessment on the progress and accomplishments in both regular programs and the SPLIT Project, which aims to provide not only individual land titles but also strengthen land tenure, legal and support services to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.
Key officials from the DAR Regional Office, including Engr. Mary Jane A. Aguilar, Atty. Rahyll S. Saga, and SPLIT Consultant Marion Y. Abella joined the discussions and provided insights on accomplishments, implementation challenges and operational directives.
PARPO II Oding B. Yusoph, JD, SCL, emphasized the importance of โValue for Money,โ highlighting that every intervention must create real and measurable impact for beneficiaries. He called on all personnel to remain steadfast in ensuring that government resources are maximized in order to deliver genuine and lasting change to the lives of ARBs.
Through this activity, DAR Sarangani continues to strengthen institutional coordination, improve program ex*****on, and ensure the timely delivery of services to farmers and rural communities.
