The Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay Dadiangas North conducted a benchmarking activity with the Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay City Heights. We visited their barangay to learn their techniques and best practices in handling disputes. Through this activity, we gained additional knowledge, especially on various effective approaches in managing cases at the barangay level.

This benchmarking activity also strengthened our commitment to improve our services and deliver more efficient, fair, and community-centered dispute resolution. It provided us with the opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build stronger coordination between barangays.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the , under the leadership of Punong Barangay Kapitan , for warmly welcoming us and generously sharing their knowledge and expertise.

This activity was joined by our Peace and Order Committee In-Charge, Kgd. , whose support and guidance contributed to the success of this learning experience.

Truly, through unity and continuous learning, we can better serve our constituents and promote lasting peace and harmony in our communities.

The Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay Dadiangas North conducted a Lakbay-Aral/ learning visit at the General Santos City Police Office to enhance our knowledge on proper handling of complaints and disputes within the barangay, particularly in identifying cases that fall within and outside our jurisdiction. Through this activity, we strengthened our understanding of proper coordination with the police and improved our role in maintaining peace and order in the community.

This activity was made more meaningful with the presence and support of our very supportive Lupon Chairman/Punong Barangay Hon. , Brgy/Lupon Secretary ., and Peace and Order Committee In-Charge, Kgd. . The discussion and sharing of insights were led by our resource speaker, , who provided valuable knowledge and guidance for the improvement of our duties as Lupon members.

📌LTIA CY 2026 ASSESSMENT AND VALIDATION

The LTIA GSC Awards Committee conducted a thorough assessment and validation for the CY 2026 Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentives Award, covering the period from January to December 2025.

The Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay Dadiangas North underwent careful and comprehensive review and analysis of the available and submitted documents and Means of Verification (MOVs) for evaluation.

This process aims to ensure compliance with established standards and the proper implementation of the Katarungang Pambarangay at the barangay level.

As a result of the evaluation, the Lupon Tagapamayapa of Barangay Dadiangas North ranked 4th among 26 participating barangays in General Santos City.

This achievement was made possible through the strong support of the entire Barangay Council under the leadership of Lupon Chairman/Punong Barangay Hon. , Barangay/Lupon Secretary ., Peace and Order Committee In-Charge Kgd. , Barangay Treasurer , Kgd. , Kgd. , and the , together with the entire who continuously extended their full support.

🏠📢 HOUSE-TO-HOUSE IEC ACTIVITY
The Lupon Tagapamayapa conducted a house-to-house distribution of flyers to inform residents about the importance of the Katarungang Pambarangay.
Through personal visits, residents were directly guided on the proper process of resolving disputes and how the Lupon can help in achieving peaceful settlement without the need to go to court.
This activity aims to bring barangay services closer to the people, increase public awareness, and encourage everyone to take part in maintaining peace, unity, and harmony in the community.
