The City Assessor’s Office successfully conducted the Job Order Employees Orientation on April 21, 2026 (Tuesday), marking another milestone in strengthening workforce competence and enhancing organizational efficiency.

With the strong support of the City Assessor, Engr. Lovelight Grace S. Fernandez, and the Acting Assistant City Assessor, Mr. Herwin Z. Capiñanes, and through the collective efforts of the Division Chiefs, the orientation was effectively delivered with clarity, purpose, and direction. The session provided a comprehensive discussion on the Duties and Responsibilities, Functions and Process Flows, and Work Instructions, ensuring that all Job Order personnel are properly guided in the ex*****on of their respective roles.

Beyond technical instructions, the orientation also served as a meaningful platform for sharing insights and valuable learnings from the Head of Office, underscoring the values of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to public service excellence.

This initiative reflects the Office’s continuing commitment to equip its workforce with the necessary knowledge and competence to deliver efficient, accurate, and reliable services to the public.
