Ready to vote? It's easier than you think!

Here are 8 simple steps to guide you in casting your vote through the RMMC Student Council Elections System (SCES) โ€” quick, easy, and completely secure. Let's go! ๐Ÿ—ณ๏ธ

Step 1: Go to the RMMC Student Services portal
Open your browser and go to rmmcmainsso.com โ€” this is the official gateway for all RMMC student services.

Step 2: Open the menu and select "Student Council Election"
Tap the menu icon (โ˜ฐ) in the top-right corner to open the Student Services panel, then tap OPEN under "Student Council Election."

Step 3: Read and accept the Terms & Conditions
Check each box to confirm you've read and understood it โ€” covering eligibility, one vote per election, ballot secrecy, accurate information, and system use. All boxes must be checked before you can proceed.

Step 4: Sign in with your registered email and password
Enter your registered email address and password, then tap Sign In. If this is your first time voting, tap Register here to create an account first.

Step 5: Read and accept the Voter's Pledge
Review the pledge to vote freely and honestly, check "I have read and agree to this pledge," then tap Continue to Vote.

Step 6: Fill out your official ballot
The system will display the official ballot for your program. For each position, shade the oval beside your chosen candidate. You may leave any position blank to abstain.

Step 7: Review your ballot before submitting
Check your selections carefully โ€” once submitted, your ballot is final and cannot be changed. Tap Back to Edit to make corrections, or Submit Ballot to cast your vote.

Step 8: Save your voting confirmation code
After submitting, the system will generate a unique voting confirmation code. Take a screenshot and keep it โ€” you may need it for future reference or clearance purposes. This code does not reveal who you voted for.

The RMMC Commission on Elections (COMELEC) successfully conducted the Screening and Orientation for aspiring Student Supreme Council (SSC) and College Student Council (CSC) officers on August 7, 2026, at the RMMC Library, 3rd Floor.

The activity served as an avenue to assess and orient student leaders as they prepare to take on their respective roles in serving and representing the RMMC student body. The screening provided an opportunity to evaluate the aspiring student leaders, while the orientation emphasized their duties, responsibilities, expectations, and commitment to responsible and effective leadership.

Through this activity, the SSC and CSC continue to foster a culture of leadership, accountability, integrity, and service, preparing student leaders to become active and responsible representatives of the RMMC community.
