MacArthur Fire Station, under the supervision of SFO2 Ryan Reynaldo M Calumpiano, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, continues to take post as standby medic and firefighting team at St. Joseph Parish Church, Gen. MacArthur, in line with the observance of Semana Santa. Moreover, The Gen. MacArthur FS personnel participated the procession led by the St. Joseph Parish for the Good Friday.

This aims to ensure the safety and well-being of the public as they gather for religious activities during the Holy Week.

The Gen. MacArthur Fire Station Personnels, Spearheaded by OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal SFO2 Ryan Reynaldo M Calumpiano, successfully conducted an Open House for day care children, where the young participants were given an educational and enjoyable learning experience inside the fire station.

During the activity, the children were taught the basic parts of the fire truck, learned the story of the fire dogs (Series 1: Playtime with Coco), and were introduced to certain tools and equipment used by firefighters in responding to emergencies.

The activity aimed to promote fire safety awareness at an early age while allowing the children to appreciate the important role of firefighters in the community.

Thank you to the children, teachers, and guardians for joining us in this meaningful and informative activity.

Gen. MacArthur Fire Station, under the leadership of SFO2 Ryan Reynaldo M Calumpiano, OIC–Municipal Fire Marshal, successfully conducted an Essay Writing and Poster Making Contest with the theme “Hangad Nating Lahat: Pamayanang Handa, Aktibo, at Masagana.” This activity was held as part of the COMRES Week and the Fire Prevention Month 2026 Celebration.

Students from General MacArthur National Agricultural School, Our Lady of Fatima Academy, and Vigan National High School enthusiastically participated and showcased their creativity, knowledge, and strong commitment to promoting fire safety awareness. Through their work, the students effectively conveyed important messages on fire prevention and community preparedness.
