Part 3: Distribution of Scholarships

To conclude the KK Assembly, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion 4 facilitated the distribution of scholarship grants to deserving college and senior high school students within the barangay.

This initiative reflects the SK’s continued commitment to supporting education and empowering the youth toward achieving their goals and contributing to the community’s development.

Part 2: Mental Health Awareness Seminar

Following the HIV session, a Mental Health Awareness Seminar was held with guest speaker Ms. Kristine Angeline D. Diokno.

The talk emphasized the significance of maintaining mental well-being, particularly in managing academic pressure among students.

A short interactive activity was also conducted to encourage self-expression and highlight the importance of emotional support and understanding within the youth community.

KK ASSEMBLY

Part 1: HIV Awareness Seminar

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion 4 conducted an HIV Awareness Seminar on October 26, 2025, at the Poblacion 4 Barangay Hall, General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite.

The session was led by Ms. Ayra Joy M. Lopez, who discussed the importance of HIV awareness, including its causes and prevention methods.

After the discussion, a free HIV testing was also offered to participating youth to promote health consciousness and responsible decision-making among the community’s young members.
