Cristina David Pascual National High School conducted a training session titled "Capacity Building on Continuous Delivery Learning: An Orientation on Flexible Learning Program and Education in Emergencies."

The training focused on key discussions on flexible learning policy guidelines led by School Principal Dr. Cristina S. Parungao, Master Teacher Joan C. Del Fierro, and Teacher Elsie May C. Cristo Proper Integrated School, Gapan East Integrated School, and San Nicolas National High School proved that true victory lies in unity, grit, and respect on and off the field at this year's Cluster Meet. What an intense, action-packed day! In just 24 hours, our student-athletes left everything on the field, court, and stage—showing incredible passion, grit, and sportsmanship from the opening parade to the final buzzer.

True to our theme, "United Through Sports: Building Discipline, Excellence, and Camaraderie," today proved that it’s not about how long the games last, but how strongly we unite as one community.

Where Learning Feels Like Home

It is made of four walls, filled with books, pencils, chalk, and blackboards. It is a room meant for learning, yet we never thought it could feel like home because of their presence.

Teachers are considered our "second parents." They are the ones who engineer our lessons, making sure we learn something useful and meaningful. Their profession is the mother of all professions—the noblest of all. They hone the youth, molding them into good members of society.

We often hear their advice and their stories, knowing our second parents only want the best for us. Being a teacher is never easy, yet they continue to serve with compassion and love.

As we celebrate Teachers' Month, let us honor our second mothers and fathers—their hardships, their sleepless nights, and the way they care for us. It might be a simple room with educational materials, but it is a room we will always call home.

CDPNHS Joins National School Safety Drill

Cristina David Pascual National High School (CDPNHS) participated in the National School Safety Drill to strengthen school readiness and resilience against potential violence.

To enhance institutional coordination, local police officers, barangay tanod (officials), the division office monitoring team, and PTA officers actively attended and supported the school's participation.

During the safety drill, students were taught crucial guiding signals and actionable safety procedures. Key protocols covered included the "RUN, HIDE" strategy, securing classrooms, understanding alarm signals, and proper evacuation techniques.

Led by school administrators and teachers, the safety drill was successfully executed across both morning and afternoon shifts. Following the post-drill evaluation, School Principal IV, Dr. Cristina S. Parungao, emphasized the vital importance of taking emergency preparedness drills seriously.

School administrators added that this will not be the first nor the last National School Safety Drill conducted by the school.

35 CDPNHS teachers receive voice lapels
Thirty-five teachers of Cristina David Pascual National High School (CDPNHS) received voice lapels through the Office of the President (OP) Social Fund, reinforcing the government's commitment to support public school educators.
The distribution of voice lapels is expected to help teachers deliver lessons more clearly, especially in large or noisy classrooms, allowing students to hear classroom discussions more effectively.
It is also part of the Office of the President Social Fund's initiative to provide teaching tools that promote educators' well-being while enhancing the quality of classroom instruction.
School officials and teachers welcomed the distribution and expressed hope that the voice lapels would make classroom instruction more effective while reducing the physical demands of teaching.
