Enrollment Process and Requirements for Transferees and Existing Students

ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE
FIRST SEMESTER A.Y. 2026-2027

Please take note of the important date(s) and guidelines provided below.

📚 ENROLLMENT PROCESS

✅ STEP 1: Clearance Verification
Proceed to the LEE Office for verification of clearance.
✅ STEP 2: Subject Approval
Proceed to your Department Head/Program Head for approval of subjects to be enrolled.
✅ STEP 3: Encoding of Subjects
Proceed to the Registrar's Office for encoding of approved subjects.
✅ STEP 4: Release of Certificate of Registration (COR)
Claim your Certificate of Registration (COR) from the Registrar's Office.
📌 Please complete each step in order to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

A-C-H-I-E-V-I-N-G Real-Time Data Excellence and Gender-Mainstreaming for Region III Registrars was successfully held at The Orchids Garden Resort Complex, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, on May 26, 2026.

Representing the institution in this significant regional gathering were Ms. Rose Ann Dela Cruz, College Registrar; Mr. Ermin Angeles, Assistant Registrar; and Mr. Jerome C. Villarba, Admissions and Scholarships Officer/MIS Director.

The event strengthened the commitment of educational institutions toward efficient real-time data management and the continuous promotion of gender-mainstreaming initiatives in higher education.
