21st Monthly Executive Meeting
🗓️ June 1, 2026

The Local Government Unit of Gandara convened its 21st Monthly Executive Meeting, presided over by Municipal Mayor Warren T. Aguilar, together with Alfredo C. Delector, Municipal Administrator, and Dina R. Isanan, MLGOO. The meeting was attended by department heads and key municipal officials.

The gathering served as a venue to discuss updates on ongoing programs, projects, and activities, as well as address current concerns affecting the municipality. Among the key agenda discussed was the preparation for the upcoming Serbisyo Caravan in Brgy. Casandig.

The body also underscored the importance of unity, accountability, and proactive leadership in ensuring efficient service delivery and the successful implementation of municipal initiatives.

The LGU Gandara remains steadfast in its commitment to transparent governance and responsive leadership in service to every Gandaranon.

(Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers)

A total of 804 beneficiaries received assistance through the Rice TUPAD Payout, a program of the Provincial Government of Samar under the leadership of Gob. Sharee Ann T. Tan and Jimboy Tan, in partnership with the LGU Gandara led by Mayor Warren T. Aguilar.

The payout was facilitated by the Provincial PESO and witnessed by representatives from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The LGU Gandara, through the Public Employment Service Office headed by Magie M. Cañete, provided support and coordination for the successful conduct of the activity.

Arnold Tan and Congressman Jimboy Tan, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Gandara under the leadership of Mayor Warren T. Aguilar.

The activity was graced by Mr. Alfredo Delector, Municipal Administrator, and Mr. Alejo Quitalig, Assistant Provincial Administrator, highlighting the strong partnership between the Provincial Government and LGU Gandara in delivering assistance to those in need.

The payout was facilitated by the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and witnessed by representatives from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), ensuring the proper and transparent distribution of benefits to qualified beneficiaries.

The LGU Gandara, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) headed by Ms. Magie M. Cañete, provided support and coordination for the successful implementation of the activity, ensuring the smooth and orderly distribution of assistance to all beneficiaries.

This initiative continues to reflect the commitment of the Provincial Government of Samar, DOLE, and LGU Gandara in promoting the welfare of disadvantaged and displaced workers through responsive and people-centered public service.
