The Provincial Engineering Office, headed by Engr. Angela Faith Agas, conducted a field survey (Day 1) at the Gandara Development Site in Brgy. Adela Heights, in coordination with the Municipal Planning and Development Office, led by Engr. Welfredo B. Orcales (MPDO)
The field survey, undertaken by Geodetic Engineers, aims to support the Adela Heights Development Plan through the verification of land boundaries and the preparation of technical plans in relation to the proposed and ongoing construction of the following projects:
• Terminal (Parking Area, Food Stalls, and Office for Drivers Association)
• Sports Center cm Evacuation Center
• Park and Recreation Area (Children’s Playground, Activity/Program Stage, and Fountain Design)
• Three (3)-Storey Legislative Building
• One (1)-Storey Super Rural Health Center
• Two (2)-Storey Multi-purpose Building
• Access Roads and Drainage System
• KADIWA Center (Department of Agriculture Office Extension)
• Landbank
• Pasalubong Center, Tourism, Culture, and Arts Office Extension
• Land Transportation Office
• Tennis Court
This initiative forms part of the municipality’s long-term development thrust to ensure proper land use planning, sustainable infrastructure, and orderly site development in Brgy. Adela Heights.
The Local Government Unit of Gandara, under the leadership of Mayor Warren T. Aguilar, Vice Mayor Elias C. Delector, and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, continues to oversee the proper implementation of programs and projects for the community. The municipal government also acknowledges the support and coordination of Governor Sharee Ann Tan and Congressman Stephen James T. Tan in advancing development initiatives in the municipality.
Through the strong collaboration between the Provincial Government, Congressional Office, and Municipal Government, key projects are progressing-bringing meaningful improvements in infrastructure, public services, and overall quality of life to the people of Gandara.
