The Ministry of Social Services and Development extends its warmest greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters as we welcome Ramadhan 2026. May Allah (ﷻ) graciously accept our prayers, supplications, and acts of الخير, and grant us Hidayah and Tawfiq as we journey through this sacred month.

May this blessed season draw us nearer to our Rabb, strengthen our faith, cleanse our hearts, and illuminate our lives with mercy, compassion, and hope. As we observe fasting and reflection, may we be reminded of the values of patience, generosity, and unity that define the true spirit of Ramadhan.

Wishing you and your families a peaceful, meaningful, and spiritually enriching Ramadhan 2026. May it be a time of renewal, gratitude, and shared blessings for all.

ADVISORY: Modified Working Hours of Officials and Employees during the Holy Month of Ramadhan 2026/1447 AH.

Further clarified by CSC Resolution No. 02072 and BAA No. 17, the OCM Memorandum Order No. 0032 is hereby issued as guidance to the modified working hours of officials and employees of the BARMM beginning on the first day of Ramadhan 2026/1447 AH.

Ang internet ay dapat lugar ng kaalaman, hindi ng kapahamakan.

Sa bawat pag-click, ang ating mga kabataan ay nananatiling vulnerable sa abuse at exploitation.

Responsibilidad nating lahat ang pagsugpo sa Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) at Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).

Ang Safer Internet Day ay dapat ipagdiwang araw-araw. Sama-sama nating bantayan ang ating mga kabataan mula sa anumang uri ng karahasan at kapahamakan sa digital world.

𝗢𝗣𝗜𝗦𝗬𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗔 𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗚 𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗗: 𝗨𝗸𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼’𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝗣𝘀

Nais linawin ng MSSD ang mga kumakalat na post sa social media tungkol sa 83 g**o sa Lanao del Sur na kabilang daw sa listahan ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

Narito ang mahahalagang punto para sa kaalaman ng lahat:

1. 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Walang anumang ulat na nakarating sa MSSD tungkol sa sinasabing 83 g**o na beneficiaries din ng 4Ps. Ang mga listahan at numerong kumakalat ay hindi dumaan sa pagsusuri (validation) at hindi inilabas ng anumang opisyal na ahensya ng gobyerno.

2. 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗽 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴. Hindi totoo na may naganap na meeting sa pagitan ng MSSD at MBHTE tungkol sa isyung ito, gaya ng maling pahayag sa naturang post.

3. 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻. Ang mga litratong ginamit sa kumakalat na post ay kuha noong October 31, 2024, sa naganap na MOA Signing ng MSSD at MBHTE para sa technical vocational skills training ng mga 4Ps beneficiaries. Ang aktibidad na ito ay walang anumang kaugnayan sa nilalaman ng kumakalat na post.

4. 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲. Ang indibidwal na nag-post ng impormasyong ito ay walang anumang koneksyon o opisyal na katungkulan sa MSSD, sa 4Ps, o sa MBHTE.

Nagsisikap ang MSSD na maging maayos ang implementasyon ng ating mga programa sa bawat komunidad. Patuloy po ang ating ginagawang pagbabantay at pagsusuri upang matiyak na ang mga tunay na nangangailangan lamang ang nakatatanggap ng tulong mula sa gobyerno.

Hinihikayat namin ang publiko na maging mapanuri at huwag agad maniwala sa mga balitang hindi galing sa mga opisyal na social media platforms ng MSSD o ng 4Ps.

Kung kayo ay may alam na anumang iregularidad sa implementasyon ng 4Ps sa inyong lugar, ipagbigay-alam agad sa Grievance Hotline ng 4Ps-BARMM sa numerong 0969-621-0019, o mag-padala ng mensahe sa official page ng MSSD.

🚨 EARTHQUAKE SAFETY REMINDER 🚨
Good day, everyone! In our continued effort to keep all employees safe and prepared, here’s a quick refresher on what to do before, during, and after an earthquake:

📍 During an earthquake
Stay calm—don’t panic.
DROP to the ground.
COVER your head and neck under a sturdy table or desk.
HOLD ON until the shaking stops.
Keep away from windows, shelves, cabinets, and hanging objects.
Do not run outside while the ground is shaking.

🌳 If you’re outdoors
Move to an open area away from buildings, trees, streetlights, and power lines.

✅ After the shaking
Evacuate calmly when it’s safe.
Use stairways only—do not use elevators.
Proceed to the designated assembly area.
Check yourself and others for injuries.
Report any damage or emergencies to the designated safety officers.

All employees are encouraged to review the office evacuation plan and actively participate in earthquake drills.

Let’s stay alert, prepared, and safe at all times.
Preparedness saves lives.

𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢

It's a wrap! The 2-day pay-out for the indigent senior citizens of the Municipality of Ganassi under the Social Pension Program has concluded successfully. Approximately 2,000 social pensioners received Php 6,000 each for the period of July to December 2025.

Kudos to team-Ganassi for the job well done, headed by our very active MSWO Norsalimah Saipodin together with the staff of MSSD-Ganassi (regular staffs, Pantawid staffs, PDOs, Para-Social Workers). The success of the activity would not have been possible without the support of the LGU of Ganassi Lanao del Sur thru the leadership of Hon. Mohammad Noah M. Macapodi and Vice Mayor Anida Sharina Macapodi-Lucman. Thank you also to Ganassi MPS for providing security assistance. Most of all, appreciation to the Minister of Ministry of Social Services and Development, Atty. Raissa H. Jajurie and PSWO of MSSD BARMM Lanao del Sur B, Ma'am Jaslin L. Masbud for ensuring the welfare of our senior citizens.
