11 June 2026 || Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG) Training

Gamu Fire Station, facilitated the conduct of Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG) Training at Barangay District I, Gamu, Isabela, participated in by the Barangay Officials, BHWs and Tanods.

This capacity-enhancement activity is in line with the nationwide implementation of “Bayanihan Program” of the BFP under “Obligasyon sa Bayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP),” with the aim to strengthen community preparedness and resiliency.

CFAG members of Barangay District I were equipped with essential knowledge and skills pertaining to fire prevention, basic firefighting and emergency response procedure. They are now considered as a force multiplier of BFP Gamu—able to provide necessary assistance during fire emergencies and fully empowered to protect its own people and livelihoods.
