Building a brighter future through education and innovation! We are pleased to share the latest progress on the SK Rubio E-Learning Hub, with the successful installation of the air-conditioning unit and the procurement of a laptop and a 3-in-1 printer. These essential resources bring us one step closer to providing a more conducive, accessible, and technology-driven learning environment for the youth of our community.

This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering young people through education, digital literacy, and lifelong learning opportunities. As we continue to develop this hub, we envision a space where students can learn, create, collaborate, and prepare for a more promising future.

Led by SK Rubio Chairperson and Municipal SK Federation of Galimuyod President, Hon. Jay-R D. Dumsing, this project stands as a testament to our shared dedication to investing in the potential of every young person.

🌿🏡 HOUSE-TO-HOUSE VALIDATION FOR GREENWAVE PROGRAM 2.0 🌿🏡

Last May 8, 2026, SK Rubio successfully conducted a house-to-house validation across all 5 Zones as part of the ongoing implementation of the GreenWave Program 2.0. The activity aimed to assess every household’s compliance with Barangay Ordinances mandating the planting of Moringa in every home, the “Aso Mo, Tali Mo” policy, and the observance of proper waste segregation through the use of 3 trash bins.

The validation accounts for 45% of the overall criteria in determining which among the 5 Zones will once again emerge victorious in this year’s GreenWave Program 2.0.

This initiative is one of the environmental and community-driven programs spearheaded by SK Rubio under the leadership of SK Chairperson and Municipal SK Federation President Jay-R D. Dumsing. The validation was personally conducted by the latter together with SK Members Allysa Ashley D. Millian and Lee Ann V. Rabaya.

Through unity, discipline, and environmental responsibility, SK Rubio continues to promote a cleaner, greener, and more organized community for everyone.
