📢 Strengthening Merit-Based Hiring in LGU Gabaldon

Last February 19, 2026, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of LGU Gabaldon successfully conducted an Orientation on the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) System, alongside the official launching of the RSP Digital Portal System.

This digital initiative will streamline the evaluation and deliberation process for applicants to vacant positions — promoting transparency, efficiency, and meritocracy in public service.

The activity was graced by Municipal Mayor Jobby P. Emata and spearheaded by HRMO Department Head Jennelyn D. Dalacat, together with the HRMPSB Members and Department Heads of the municipality.

This milestone marks another significant step as LGU Gabaldon continues to strive for PRIME-HRM Level 2 accreditation — reinforcing our commitment to excellence in human resource management.
