The head of the towns muslim community pay courtesy call at the local police of Floridablanca, Pampanga

The head of the Office of the Muslim Affairs (OMA) in Floridablanca, Pampanga Association, Inc. and Salaam Police Advocacy Group (SPAG)-Floridablanca Ustadz Mansour Ticsay visited PLTCOL Manuel Ryan P Lim, OIC at Floridablanca Municipal Police Station in the afternoon of March 8, 2023.

PLTCOL Lim conveyed his support to SPAG seeing this is the effective platform for the Muslim Community in town to engage with the PNP.

On the other hand, Ustadz Ticsay shared that they would always remind their faithfuls to fully support the plans and programs of the Philippine National Police as it is the goal of everyone which is to attain peace, order and progress.

The said visit also took oppportunity for them to coordinate with the PNP for their incoming “Istaqbalu Ramadhan” (preparation for the month of Ramadhan, Month of Fasting) which will be attended by Muslim brethren from the different towns of Pampanga this coming March 12, 2023 at the Floridblanca Municipal Gym.

The OIC-FMPS is a proud Mindanaoan and recently started his Luzon tour of duty barely two months ago.

Floridablanca Municipal Police Station Officer-in-Charge PLTCOL Manuel Ryan P Lim paid courtesy call today to Mayor Darwin R Manalansan and Vice Mayor Michael L Galang at the Mayor’s Office.

They discussed about the Local Chief Executive’s marching orders on the peace and order status in the town and collaborative activities in managing the current partnership with the Local Government Unit.

Mayor Manalansan reasserted his commitment to remain a cooperative partner in the present and future programs of the police force , particularly those plan to advance the well-being of the general public.

March 6, 2023 // PLTCOL Manuel Ryan P Lim Assumes Post as New Officer-in-Charge of Floridablanca Municipal Police Station

PLTCOL Lim formally assumed post today as OIC Floridablanca MPS in a simple rite officiated by Provincial Director PCOL Levi Hope B Basilio at Pampanga Police Provincial Headquarters, San Fernando City, Pampanga by virtue of PRO 3 OFFICERS PLACEMENT AND PROMOTION BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 2023-02 dated March 2, 2023 and PAMPANGA PPO PARMU SPECIAL ORDERS NUMBER 79 dated March 6, 2023.

The new OIC is a native of Parang,Maguindanao. He is a member of the PNPA Bagsay-Lahi Class of 2006 and received formal training on various police specializations in intelligence, investigation, logistics, crisis management on terrorism, bomb identification and detection, tourist security and safety, hostage negotiation, human rights, and police tactical skills. He was the Assistant Chief of the Regional Operations Division of Police Regional Office 3 prior to his assumption. He also served as Chief of Police in the different towns in the provinces of Sultan Kudarat, Cotabato, Saranggani and in Zamboanga Peninsula’s Pagadian City.

Upon his assumption, he emphasized that he will continue to work harder to intensify the CPNP Azurin’s peace and security program dubbed as MKK=K (Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran) and the KASIMBAYANAN Program (Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan) which encourages community involvement that is focused on the Spiritual and Moral enhancement to our PNP Personnel.

He expressed his great appreciation to Regional Director PRO3 PBGEN Jose S Hidalgo,Jr for giving him the chance to lead and present excellence in the town of Floridablanca under his banner.

In connection with C, PNP's Peace and Security Strategic Framework Program of MKK=K (Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran) and Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN (KApulisan, SIMBAhan at PamaYANAN), at about 8:45AM of February 20, 2023, personnel of Floridablanca MPS under the supervision of PLTCOL JOEL C MARIANO, COP, together with Religious Sector conducted Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) at Conference Room, Floridablanca MPS, Brgy Solib, Floridablanca, Pampanga.
