𝐊𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐘𝐎𝐍:

Sa suporta ng ating Kagalang-galang na Punong Bayan, Michael L. Galang, EnP, MPA, Kagalang-galang Bise Alkalde, Allan A. Policarpio, MD, MBA-H, at ng mga Miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan, patuloy ang Tanggapan ng Pamamahala ng mga Kawani sa pagpapatibay ng pakikilahok ng mga empleyado at pagsusulong ng positibong lugar ng trabaho.

Bilang bahagi ng layuning ito, isinagawa ni Ms. Maria Rosita B. Donato, HRMO V, ang “Kamustahan Session” sa iba’t ibang tanggapan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Floridablanca.

Sinimulan ang sesyon sa pamamagitan ng panalangin, na sinundan ng Zumba upang itaguyod ang kalusugan, pagkakaisa, magandang samahan, at maayos na kapaligiran sa trabaho.

Isinagawa rin ang isang talakayan kung saan malayang naibahagi ng mga empleyado ang kanilang mga saloobin, suhestiyon, alalahanin, at karanasan. Layunin ng inisyatibong ito na mapalakas ang komunikasyon, matugunan ang mga usapin sa lugar ng trabaho, at magkaroon ng mas suportado at nagkakaisang kapaligiran sa paggawa.

Nagbigay rin ang Tanggapan ng Pamamahala ng mga Kawani ng mga mahahalagang anunsyo kabilang ang mga pinakabagong kautusan at mahahalagang usapin tungkol sa PRIME-HRM, upang matiyak na ang lahat ay nananatiling may sapat na kaalaman at wastong gabay.

With the directive and support of our Local Chief Executive, Hon. Michael L. Galang, EnP, MPA, and Vice Mayor Hon. Allan A. Policarpio, MD, MBA-H joint meeting was convened to discuss pertinent matters concerning PRIME-HRM, particularly the Learning and Development (L&D) and Performance Management (PM) systems.

During the meeting, Ms. Maria Rosita B. Donato, HRMO V, reminded the department and unit heads of the LGU of their vital roles in ensuring compliance with PRIME-HRM standards. They were encouraged to strengthen the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives, ensure the timely submission of required documents, monitor employee performance, and uphold accountability in achieving organizational goals.

The meeting also served as a venue to address concerns, clarify guidelines, and reinforce the commitment of every office to continuously improve human resource management practices and deliver quality public service.

The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), headed by Ma’am Maria Rosita B. Donato, HRMO V, started the day with a prayer led by one of the HR staff members. This was followed by sharing of a Bible verse from 1 Thessalonians 5:11, reminding everyone to encourage and uplift one another as they carried out their work with dedication and unity.

Afterwards, the team held a kumustahan session, giving everyone the opportunity to share how they were feeling and check in with one another, followed by a Zumba session to energize the team and promote wellness as they prepared to begin the day's work.

With the full support of our Local Chief Executive, Hon. Michael L. Galang, EnP, MPA, and Vice Mayor Hon. Allan A. Policarpio, MD, MBA-H, an orientation was successfully conducted by the Human Resource Management Officer, Ma'am Maria Rosita B. Donato, MPA for the newly appointed and promoted employees of the Local Government Unit of Floridablanca.

The orientation covered the following topics:
• LGU Vision and Mission
• Organizational Structure
• Republic Act No. 6713 Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees
• Leave Benefits and Availment
• Employee Benefits
• Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS)
• PRIME-HRM

An office tour was included to introduce the employees to the different offices and help them become familiar with the workplace, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
