𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟭 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗖𝗦𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗭𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

It was a celebration of energy, teamwork, and camaraderie as Cluster 1 claimed the victory in the Zumba Competition held this morning as part of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) activities.

Bringing their best moves to the floor, Cluster 1 impressed with a lively and well-coordinated performance that reflected the participants’ enthusiasm, creativity, and strong sense of teamwork.

Cluster 4 took second place, while Cluster 2 secured third, and Cluster 3 finished fourth.

More than just a competition, the activity gave government employees an opportunity to come together, stay active, and celebrate the spirit of public service beyond their usual office routines.

The celebration carries this year’s PCSA theme: “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: May Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan.”

Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan. 🇵🇭✨

𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐀 || The Local Government Unit of Flora celebrates the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary today at the Dr. Efren U. De San Jose Memorial Sports Center.

A significant part of the celebration was the inspiring message delivered by Guest Speaker Ms. Ruthgail B. Sadagan-Balagso, CSC Kalinga and Apayao Field Director, who reminded public servants of the importance of patriotism, integrity, excellence, spirituality, and genuine commitment in serving the Floranians.

In his inspirational message, Municipal Mayor Hon. Jeofrey T. Blas likewise recognized the dedication and hard work of LGU Flora employees, emphasizing that public service is not merely a responsibility but a commitment to serve the people with sincerity, integrity, and excellence. He encouraged every employee to continue giving their best in their respective duties and to always keep the welfare of the Floranians at the heart of their service.

The celebration also brought together LGU Flora officials, including Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Rodolfo B. Juan, Sangguniang Bayan Members, personnel from RHU Flora, national line agencies, uniformed personnel, Department Heads and employees, strengthening the spirit of camaraderie and reaffirming their shared commitment to responsive, accountable, and people-centered governance.

Adding excitement in today’s program will be the Zumba Competition per Cluster and the Ball Games in the afternoon, which will bring the festive spirit to life while showcasing the energy, teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie of LGU Flora employees.

As LGU Flora celebrates 126 years of the Philippine Civil Service, may every public servant continue to embody puso sa paglilingkod, dangal sa bawat tungkulin, at galing para sa bayan.

𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗔, 𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗢 | 𝗔𝗠𝗠𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗🤝

Earlier today, men from Poblacion East and Poblacion West came together with a shared purpose—to take an active role in building communities where respect, safety, and dignity are upheld.

The activity marked the election of officers for the Association of Men Mitigating Violence and Abuses in Apayao (AMMA) Barangay Chapters, strengthening the organization’s presence at the grassroots level and giving men a greater role in advocating for violence prevention and family welfare.

Spearheaded by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), headed by Ms. Iris Venus C. Sana, the initiative highlights the importance of engaging men not only as members of the community, but also as partners and advocates in preventing violence and abuses.

With committed men taking the lead, AMMA continues to promote a culture where everyone can feel safe, respected, and protected. Because creating peaceful and violence-free communities begins when we choose to stand together. 💙

PAYANAN, LUNA || The Local Government Unit of Flora proudly joined the opening ceremony of the Apayao Provincial Athletic Meet 2026 yesterday, as young athletes from across the province gathered to showcase their talent, determination, and sportsmanship.

Representing Flora with pride and passion, our Floranian athletes, coaches, and delegation came together with fellow Apayao athletes in this celebration of sports, unity, and excellence. Beyond the competition, the Provincial Athletic Meet serves as an avenue for young athletes to develop discipline, build camaraderie, and pursue their dreams through sports.

The LGU Flora, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Jeofrey T. Blas together with its Municipal officials continues to stand behind and support our athletes as they carry the pride of Flora on the provincial stage.
