𝗟𝗖𝗥𝗢 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of the Municipality of Flora was recognized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) as the 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 (𝗧𝗢𝗣 𝟭) 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗣 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 among all Local Civil Registry Offices in the Province of Apayao for Calendar Year 2025 during the Interface Meeting of Local Civil Registry Offices of Apayao, held on June 2, 2026, at Poblacion, Calanasan, Apayao.

The recognition was awarded by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗣. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗼𝗴, Regional Director of the Regional Statistical Services Office–Cordillera Administrative Region (RSSO-CAR), and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗕. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, Chief Statistical Specialist of the Provincial Statistics Office–Apayao (PSO-Apayao), in acknowledgment of 𝗟𝗖𝗥𝗢 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮'𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to the successful implementation of the 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 (𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗣).

The event was also attended by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗔. 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼, OIC-Chief Administrative Officer of RSSO-CAR; 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗘. 𝗡𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗯, Registration Officer III; PSA personnel from the regional and provincial offices; and representatives from the various Local Civil Registry Offices across Apayao.

This recognition reflects the 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the Municipal Government of Flora, through its Local Civil Registry Office, in advancing 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. It also highlights the office's continued efforts to ensure that 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, especially those from marginalized and vulnerable sectors, is provided with a 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 through proper birth registration.

The Local Civil Registry Office of Flora extends its sincere gratitude to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the Municipal Government of Flora, barangay officials, partner agencies, and all individuals who have contributed to the successful implementation of the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP). This achievement serves as an inspiration to continue providing 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 to the people of Flora.

Civil Registration Month is observed every February pursuant to Proclamation No. 682, signed on January 28, 1991. This annual observance highlights the responsibility of every Filipino to register vital events such as birth, marriage, and death, while promoting greater awareness and appreciation of the legal, administrative, and statistical value of civil registry documents.

The 36th Civil Registration Month is celebrated with the theme “Navigating the Future, Together: Advancing CRVS in Shaping the Global and Regional Data Ecosystem.” The celebration emphasizes collective action and innovation in strengthening the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) system, recognizing its vital role in evidence-based governance, inclusive development, and sustainable planning at both national and global levels.

Everyone is encouraged to participate and avail the various programs and services prepared for this month-long celebration.
