Arrest of Most Wanted Person, Top 8 Municipal Level

Personnel of Famy Municipal Police Station led by PMAJ SMADY B ANTAD, OIC served a Warrant of Arrest against a 44-year-old Male wanted person for the crime of Sec. 5(1) of RA 9262, under under Criminal Case No. 26-19540-SPL with recommend bail amounting to ₱72,000.00

The arrested person was informed of his Constitutional Rights and the provisions of Republic Act No. 9745 (Anti-Torture Act of 2009).
Famy MPS remains committed to the lawful implementation of court-issued warrants and the continuous promotion of peace, order, and public safety.
