-Our snorkeling activity brought together youth and ocean lovers to explore the beauty of the sea, appreciate marine life, and enjoy a refreshing experience with friends.

From discovering vibrant coral reefs to sharing smiles above the water, this activity reminded us that the ocean is not only a place for adventure but also something worth protecting for future generations.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made this activity a success, to Mayor Bianca, SK Emmanuel Tingson, Manipulon Fisherfolk Association and Brgy. Officials, BFP, MDRRMO, Philippine Coast guard, Bantay Dagat, and Team North Divers (Rowan, LM, Kia, Ryndz) your support made the day truly special!

Good day!
For those joining the 𝙎𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 this Monday, May 18, 2026, please be reminded of the following:
🩱Wear your rash guard or swimming attire�
💧Bring your water bottle or tumbler
☀️Apply sunscreen before the activity

Call Time: 9:00 AM
Meeting Place: Estancia Feeder Port
Lunch will be served at Manipulon Island

Registration: 200 pesos (for Manipulon fisherfolk)

Participants who do not have snorkeling gear may borrow from the organizers; however, availability is limited and gear may need to be shared with others.

For everyone’s safety and security, the MDRRMO, BFP, Coast Guard, and Bantay Dagat will be present to assist throughout the activity.

This will be a half-day activity only.

Ginahiwat subong sa 5J and A Hotel ang una nga adlaw sang Geographic Information System (GIS) Training para sa mga personnel sang LGU Estancia.

Ginpatigayon ini sang aton lokal nga gobyerno pinaagi sa Municipal Agriculture's Office (MAO) kag sa pagfacilitate sang DENR Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Sara, nga magatutok sa paggamit sang GIS tools kapareho sang ArcGIS para sa mapping, data analysis, kag land use planning nga dako ang bulig sa mga programa sang agrikultura, calamity preparedness, kag local development planning para mas mapadali ang pag-identify sang mga lugar kag pagmonitor sang resources sa aton banwa.

Indi lamang sa selebrasyon sang Panagat Festival kita nagtinguha nga mapadamo ang kasag sa aton kadagatan. Kagina natigayon naman naton nga maupdan ang Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) sa pagbuya sang 2,500 to 3,000 tanan nga mga juvenile ukon instars nga Blue Swimming Crabs, nga naghalin sa Provincial Agriculture Hatchery sang NISU Concepcion.

Isa man sa produkto sang aton banwa amo ang kasag, gani mas nami gid kung padayon naton sila nga mapadamo kag wala gina-abuso.
