This is to inform all Continuing TES/TDP grantees that you are required to submit only ONE (1) of the following for consolidation and submission to CHED:

Document to Submit (Choose ONLY ONE)

- One (1) clear and legible photocopy of the required LandBank account page(s); OR
- One (1) printed copy of your LandBank iAccess account details (if you are using iAccess).

Please refer to the attached sample photos and submit ONLY the document that corresponds to your LandBank account. There is no need to submit all of the samples—submit only the one that applies to you.

For your security, please cover or conceal your ATM card number and CVV (security code) before photocopying or printing your document. Ensure that your account name and account number remain visible, as these are the details needed for verification.

Please make sure that the submitted copy is clear, complete, and readable.

• Submission Deadline

Kindly submit the required document on or before August 11, 2026. Late submissions may delay the consolidation and submission of records to CHED.

With hearts full of pride and gratitude, we celebrate the successful completion of the National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS) of the City College of El Salvador.

The ceremony was graced by inspiring messages from our school officials and guest speaker, reminding our graduates that true leadership is measured not only by achievements but also by service to others. As our graduates received their Certificates of Completion and took their Pledge of Commitment, they affirmed their dedication to becoming active partners in community development and nation-building.
