Isabela State University Renews NPC Data Privacy Compliance

The ODPP Bronze Badge Certification administered by the Organization of Data Privacy Professionals Inc. (ODPP/ODPPI) is a professional competency assessment designed specifically for Data Protection Officers. Isabela State University (ISU) has officially joined the 5th Batch of the 5-Day Tactical Training Course for Data Protection Officers (DPOs) conducted by the Organization of Data Privacy Professionals Inc. (ODPPI), reinforcing the University’s commitment to data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance.
The intensive five-day training program is designed to equip Data Protection Officers with advanced, practice-oriented competencies necessary to effectively implement, manage, and sustain data privacy programs within their respective institutions. Topics covered include the application of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, risk assessment and management, privacy impact assessments, data breach response and incident handling, data subject rights management, and the integration of privacy by design and by default into organizational processes.
