Notably, all Members of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan were ๐๐‘๐„๐’๐„๐๐“ during the session, reflecting their collective commitment to legislative duties and their dedication to serving the community.

At the beginning of the session, the members of the Sanggunian observed ceremonial rites by singing the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ to express patriotism, and by reciting the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ ๐ฎ๐ž ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ to reaffirm their dedication to public service and ethical governance.
