The deadline to avail of this discount is tomorrow, March 31, 2026. Starting April 1, payments will be subject to penalties.

Our Local Government Unit of Dupax del Sur has once again garnered significant recognition thru the Office of the Municipal Treasurer and the Office of the Municipal Assessor in the 2025 Bureau of Local Government Finance Midyear Conference of local treasurers and assessors, held from July 22-24, 2025, at Vitalis Villas, Santiago, Ilocos Sur.

MUNICIPAL TREASURY OFFICE
💚 Top 1 among all second income class Municipalities in Cagayan Valley Region in terms of Collection Efficiency of Real Property Tax for Fiscal Year 2024 with 173.91% efficiency rate or a collection amounting to P6,325,072.23 out of the target collectible - P3,637,066.08

MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
💚 Top 1 among all second income class Municipalities in Cagayan Valley Region in terms of Collection Efficiency of Total Locally- Source Revenues for Fiscal Year 2024 with 111.68% efficiency rate or a collection amounting to P12,388,646.20 out of the target collectible - P11,093,089.80

These distinctions reflects the unwavering dedication of the The Municipal Treasury Office led by Ms. Eldie I. Conde and the Municipal Assessor's Office led by Mr. Rolly D. Pudiquet along with their staffs and personnel. Additionally, it underlines the significant function that local government performs under the leadership of Hon. Neil M. Magaway.

These successes reflect to both office's dedication to optimizing local revenue creation that benefits both the LGU and our Dopajenos.

Tara Na!

The recent caravan activity, co-sponsored by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Local Government Unit of Dupax del Sur, under the leadership of our generous and ever-supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Neil M. Magaway, successfully promoted awareness, accessibility, and active participation in livelihood and business development programs for our municipality's MSME entrepreneurs. This initiative also allowed the local government to promote and streamline the ease of doing business.

This activity was effectively carried out with the valuable participation of numerous barangays and, of course, the business owners of our municipality.

On behalf of the Dupax del Sur Local Government Unit—specifically the Office of the Municipal Mayor, the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, the Business Permit and Licensing Section, and all endorsing offices—we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the business owners who participated in this endeavor. We appreciate the time and effort you invested. We also thank the various barangays and their officials for their assistance, which was crucial to the success of this event.
