In preparation for the 2026 Regular Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dulop officially creates the Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT) through Order No. 2026-068, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the DILG and the DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular.

The SKIT shall be responsible for the inventory and proper turnover of all SK properties, financial records, documents, and other accountabilities, ensuring a transparent, orderly, and seamless transition to the next set of elected youth leaders.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dulop commends the members of the team for accepting this responsibility and trusts that they will carry out their duties with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and dedication to public service.
