Ang petsa sang iya lubong sa Abril 26, 2026, Domingo nga adlaw sa alas dies ang takna sa aga (10 A.M.). Siya pagamisahan sa Iglesia Filipina Independiente Church (Aglipay) kag igalubong sa Dumangas Municipal Cemetery.

The Local Government of Barangay Ilaya 1st is offering the newly installed (24kWh clean energy) Hybrid On/Off Grid PV Solar Powered System exclusively FREE CHARGING to the RESIDENTS of Ilaya 1st who owns and travel by E-bikes on a day to day life starting tomorrow 27th March 2026 at 8:30am to 2:00pm @ barangay Ilaya1st covered gym.

As global oil prices continue to skyrocket cause of Middle East conflict has put a massive strain on fuel budget.

Every act of kindness lights up the barangay and keeps the Ilayanhon spirit shining bright.

*Brgy.Ilaya 1st is designed and serve as a model for climate-resilient development.*

This project would not be true without the people behind it,
Gov. Arthur "Toto" Defensor, Jr. And with the help of Board Member Rolando Biaca Distura on his strong local support, particularly in Renewable Energy.

Kon sin-o man dira mabaligyaan sang duha ka kanding nga makaduluda, palihog ninyo usisaon antis ninyo baklon kay basi ina kinawatan diri sa barangay Ilaya 1st, Dumangas.

Palihog pakig-angot sa mga proper authorities naton.

Ari ang kuha sang CCTV footage kung paano nila ini ginhakwat ang duha ka kanding, basi inyo sila ma-identify kag ang ila mga motor. Padulong sila sa Barotac Nuevo nga dalanon

Good evening Ilayanhon,

We are fortunate that today we are one of the beneficiaries of the Solar Power Project of our Provincial Capitol through the installation of the Hybrid On/Off Grid PV Solar Powered System funded by the Renewable Energy Subsidy Fund of our Governor.

Our Governor Arthur R. Defensor himself gave a check worth Php 1.5 Million to fund this project
and it would not be true and useful without our supportive Board Member Rolando B. Distura for his efforts in this project.

Also thank you to Sir Rey Garin and Ma'am Leiden Lyka V Anonoy of Energy Efficiency and Conservation ( EEC ) of Iloilo Provincial Government Environment and Natural Resources Office (PGENRO).

We are accompanied by Brgy. Kagawad. Leticia Alarcon and Brgy.Treasurer Chito Dolorfino.

This is a big help in reducing our electricity bill in our Barangay and in times of disaster.
