She also reminded the learners that their struggles do not define the future, perseverance does.
Adding inspiration to the celebratory atmosphere, Mrs. Cherrie Ann M. Julian, President of the DNHS Alumni Association, delivered heartfelt Words of Encouragement, reminding students of the strength of the schoolโs alumni network and its role in uplifting present learners through: Karunungan, Kalusugan, and most importantly, Kasipagan.
The celebration further gained significance with the Executive Message of Hon. Francisco R. Espiritu, Local Chief Executive, who reaffirmed the LGUโs support for education, citing DNHS as a vital pillar of community development in Dumalneg.
Moreover, the highlight of the opening program was the electrifying performances of selected students from each grade level in a Field Demonstration Competition. The students of Grade 10 captured the coveted title, while the performances of Grade 11 and Grade 9 landed as 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up, respectively.
And after the morning activities, the Luncheon and Raffle Draw were held at the redecorated mini forest, which brought together attendees for fellowship and shared spirit of celebration.
Consequently, an energetic round of Family Games united parents, teachers, and students in friendly competition that highlighted the solidarity and camaraderie that define the DNHS community.
In addition, the day was capped with the Awarding Ceremony to recognize outstanding learners and supportive stakeholders across categories, celebrating talent, teamwork, and creativity.
