Visa Facilitation Services Now More Accessible in Dumaguete

City Tourism Officer Isabel Marchelle Flordeliz, City Administrator Atty. Neil Ray M. Lagahit, and Gerlois Ibero, Head of the Public Information Office (PIO), met with Ms. Vanessa Habana, Proprietor-Manager of Visa at Your Doorstep–Dumaguete (VAYD), to discuss visa biometrics facilitation services for selected countries.

The meeting explored opportunities to make visa application requirements, particularly biometric enrollment services, more accessible to residents of Dumaguete City and neighboring communities, reducing the need to travel to larger processing centers.

This initiative reflects the City Government’s commitment to improving access to services and creating more convenient travel opportunities for Dumagueteños through meaningful partnerships and collaboration.
