DAR NEGROS ORIENTAL RECORD DISPOSAL

A significant milestone for the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Negros Oriental as the office finally conducts the disposal of records in accordance with established records management and disposal procedures, with the presence and supervision of the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) and the Commission on Audit (COA).

The record disposal was conducted by NAP RAN Cebu RMA II Jhonley Joseph L. Item and witnessed by COA State Auditor Tyra Jan Q. Bustillo, ensuring proper documentation, accountability, and compliance throughout the process.

The activity was made possible through the cooperation and support of:

After years of safekeeping and proper records management, seeing these records finally reach their authorized disposal is both a relief and a meaningful accomplishment for everyone involved. This marks another step toward a more organized, compliant, and efficient records management system in DAR Negros Oriental.

𝐊𝐌 𝟒𝟑 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The KM 43 Agrarian Reform Cooperative (KM43 ARCO) successfully conducted the Microfinance Launching 2026 on September 14, 2026, at Albiga, Siaton, Negros Oriental.

The activity marked an important milestone in strengthening the financial capacity of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organization (ARBO) through the establishment of a microfinance program designed to provide accessible financial assistance to its members. The initiative aims to support livelihood activities, encourage entrepreneurship, improve income opportunities, and promote sustainable economic growth among ARBO members.

The launching program featured the ceremonial ribbon cutting, symbolizing the official opening of the microfinance initiative, followed by the actual conduct of the microfinance loan release for qualified ARBO members of KM43 Agrarian Reform Cooperative. This activity reflects the cooperative’s commitment to empowering its members by providing financial support that can help improve their livelihoods, strengthen their economic stability, and create opportunities for sustainable growth.

The event was attended by representatives from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), KM43 ARCO officers and members, and local officials, including Aileen A. Villaseca, OIC CARPO PBDD; Juvynida V. Duka, OIC SARPO PBDD; Teodorico S. Galido, OIC MARPO Siaton; Jeanette B. Villanueva, ARPO I PBDD; Guadalupe Palarpalar, ARPT; Dave Grampon, PBDD Staff; Rowela B. Epis, KM43 ARCO President; Vicente E. Arnaiz, Education Committee Chairperson, and Hon. Jonito Y. Pajaron, Barangay Chairperson.

Through this initiative, KM43 ARCO continues to strengthen cooperative development and promote financial inclusion among agrarian reform beneficiaries, creating opportunities toward a more empowered and sustainable ARBO community.

Sa dakong lakang padulong sa mas makatarunganon ug mas dali-maabot nga pagdumala, ang Department of Agrarian Reform–Negros Oriental Legal Division, kauban ang DAR Municipal Office sa Mabinay, nakighiusa sa“Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat,” aron madala ang mga serbisyo sa gobyerno direkta ngadto sa atong mga mag-uuma, Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs), ug sa tibuok komunidad. Gipangulohan kini ni OIC‑PARPO II Engr. Manuel M. Galon, Jr., nga nagpamatuod sa atong saad na walay usa nga mabiyaan.

Atol niini nga kalihokan, aktibong nagserbisyo ang atong Legal Services Team nga gipangulohan ni Chief Legal Officer Atty. Noe B. Canteveros, kauban sila SARPO Atty. Debie Irish F. Cornelia, Legal Assistant II Atty. Jeizyl L. Quio, ug kanhi Legal Officer nga karon MARPO Jheela Maureen C. Tañara. Ilang gipaambit ang ilang kahibalo, kasinatian, ug abilidad sa legal nga mga serbisyo aron matubag ang mga pangutana ug panginahanglan sa atong mga mag-uuma ug Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries. Nakigbahin usab sa paghatag og serbisyo ang atong mga Legal Assistant I nga sila John Kinly T. Selim, Jo Airam B. Indab, ug Gerlyn Rose V. Ang, uban sa atong MARPO sa Mabinay nga si Reyneza B. Vidal, ug ang mga personnel sa DAR Municipal Office sa Mabinay, uban sa mainitong pagsuporta ni Mabinay Mayor Ernie "Jango" T. Uy, Mayor sa lungsod sa Mabinay.

Kini usa ka tinuod nga pagtuman sa atong katungdanan sa pagpalig-on sa katarungan, paghatag og mas daghang oportunidad, ug pagtukod og kaugmaon diin ang matag benepisyaryo makabarog nga lig-on ug masaligon sa iyang mga katungod, samtang nagkahiusa alang sa kalamboan.

Ang DAR Negros Oriental, nga gigiyahan sa atong mando ug gidasig sa usa ka tin-aw nga katuyoan, magpadayon sa pag-alagad uban sa integridad, maayong serbisyo, ug kinasingkasing nga pagserbisyo—aron ang mga saad mahimong buhat ug ang serbisyo mahimong tinuod nga kusog alang sa tanan.
