In celebration of the 2026 National Women's Month, the City Government of Dumaguete, in partnership with the Province of Negros Oriental through the Medical-Legal-Social (MLS) Services Office, warmly invites all women and their children to join โ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐๐ก๐โ on ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ฉ ๐.๐. ๐๐ช๐๐ฏ๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐ง๐ , ๐ฟ๐ช๐ข๐๐๐ช๐๐ฉ๐ ๐พ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ. ๐๐๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐ก ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฉ ๐๐ฉ ๐:๐๐ ๐ผ๐.
This special activity is organized to celebrate and honor the important role of women in the community while providing accessible services that promote health, protection, and well-being.

* Massage

* Manicure & Pedicure
* Operation Tuli
* National ID Registration (facilitated by the Philippine Statistics Authority)
These services aim to support families and ensure that women and their children have access to essential care. Different womenโs groups and organizations will also participate by displaying and selling their livelihood products, showcasing the skills, creativity, and entrepreneurship of Dumagueteรฑa women.
Hon. Manuel T. Sagarbarria, together with the City Social Welfare and Development Office, continues to strengthen programs that uplift and empower women in line with the theme โWE for Gender Equality & Inclusive Societyโ and the sub-theme โLead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!โ
All Dumagueteรฑas are encouraged to come, participate, and take advantage of the free services prepared for you as we celebrate and recognize your strength and contributions.
