In view of the ongoing security incident near the Senate area in Pasay City, GSIS Pasay City has been placed under a work-from-home arrangement today, 14 May 2026, to ensure the safety and security of our employees and visiting members, pensioners, and other visitors.

The GSIS Pasay City building is CLOSED and no physical transaction will be accommodated today.

GSIS members and pensioners are encouraged to use the GSIS TOUCH app for their transactions.

For virtual appointments, members may also access the APPOINTMENT BUDDY SYSTEM through the GSIS Touch or the GSIS website.

Members and pensioners may also transact with the GSIS Service Hubs at SM MOA, Festival Mall, Robinson’s Galleria, Robinson’s Novaliches, and Robinson’s Dasmariñas. They may also transact with the GSIS Quezon City Branch at Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City.
