On September 1, 2023, in the afternoon, at West City Elementary School and South City Elementary School in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, WCPD personnel led by PCAPT ANNALYN D BENIGAY, Chief, PCADs/WCPD, under the supervision of PLTCOL RONOEL G FUNGO, ACOP, Dumaguete City Police Station, hung tarpaulin in accordance with the Oplan "Balik Eskwela" and Aleng Pulis "Aleng Pulis Everywhere" with the assistance of the school's utility worker. This seeks to provide safety during the start of classes and to prevent and deter crime.
