A graceful presence inside the Plenary Hall of the Sangguniang Bayan of Dulag as we welcomed Hon. Leren Mae Bautista, Municipal Councilor of Los Baños, Laguna—fondly known as “Queensehala”—and Chairman of the Board of Judges for this year’s Mutya han Dulag. 👑

Bago ang lights, glamour, and excitement of the pageant stage, this simple moment inside the Plenary Hall was worth capturing. ✨

A little fun fact about Leren: before becoming a public servant, she made her mark in pageantry, earning national titles and representing the Philippines on the international stage. Today, she brings that same confidence and sense of purpose into public service.

From beauty queen to Queensehala, her journey is a reminder that the crown can represent more than beauty—it can become a platform for leadership, service, and meaningful influence.

Kaya naman, as Chairman of the Board of Judges, she brings a perspective shaped not only by her experience on the pageant stage, but also by her journey as a woman in public service.

Because a true queen is never defined by beauty alone.

Today, we celebrate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a beautiful reminder of a life defined by humility, faith, and an unwavering yes to God.

For many of us, Mama Mary has always felt close to home. Sa moments of joy, we give thanks. Sa panahon ng worries and uncertainties, we turn to prayer. And through it all, her life reminds us to trust God, remain humble, and keep our faith even when we do not know what comes next.

Here in Dulag, this celebration holds an even deeper meaning as we honor our beloved patroness, Nuestra Señora del Refugio—Our Lady of Refuge. 🤍

May her gentle example continue to inspire every Dulagnon to choose kindness, serve with compassion, and keep God at the center of our lives.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟰 | 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗚𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 🎶

“Minsan, ang pinakamagandang paraan para paglapitin ang isang komunidad ay simple lang—good music, beautiful performances, and a night shared together.” 🤍

On Day 4 of Dulag Legislative (PCL) Week 2026, Dulag came together for Dulag Heritage Sangguniang Bayan Night.

Hindi lang para manood, kundi para mag-enjoy, makinig sa musika, ma-appreciate ang ganda ng sayaw, at magkaroon ng isang gabing puwedeng pagsaluhan ng buong komunidad.

And that was what made the night special. ✨

With the wonderful music of the Palo Ambassadors Orchestra and the captivating performances of the Leyte Dance Theatre, the evening became a celebration of music, artistry, culture, and community.

Different ages.
Different stories.
Different walks of life.
Pero nang tumugtog ang musika at nagsimula ang sayaw, iisa ang palakpak, iisa ang saya, at iisang Dulag ang nagdiwang.

Because public service is also about creating moments where people can connect, celebrate, and simply enjoy being part of the community.

The music eventually fades.
The performances eventually end.
But a beautiful night shared together becomes a memory that stays. 🎶💚

“Sa likod ng bawat maayos na session, may mga taong quietly making sure that everything is in order—and today, we celebrate one of them.” 🤍

Today, we celebrate Mr. Orlando “Orly” L. Cagara, Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan of Dulag—a dedicated public servant and a valued part of the SB and OVM family.

Hindi man palaging nakikita ng lahat, behind every session are documents to prepare, records to keep, details to check, and responsibilities that require patience, experience, and commitment. And through the years, Sir Orly has been there, helping keep the legislative work moving.

Pero today, hindi muna tungkol sa agenda, minutes, resolutions, or sessions. Today is about the person behind the work. ✨

The colleague we work with, the friend we share busy days and light moments with, and the person whose presence has become part of our everyday life in the Sanggunian.

May this new chapter bring you good health, happiness, more time with the people you love, and many more reasons to celebrate.

Because at the end of every busy working day, we realize that good work becomes even more meaningful when it is shared with good people.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟱 & 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡 & 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

“Minsan, hindi mahalaga kung gaano kabilis ang takbo. What matters is that we move forward—and we do it together.” 💙

For the final day of Dulag Legislative (PCL) Week 2026, Dulag started the day on the move through the Fun Run and Fun Walk.

Hindi ito tungkol sa kung sino ang pinakamabilis o kung sino ang unang makarating sa finish line. It was about getting out, moving together, enjoying the morning, and sharing a simple but meaningful experience with the community.

And maybe that was the perfect way to end the week. ✨

Different ages. Different paces. Different starting points. May tumakbo, may naglakad, may nag-cheer along the way—but everyone moved toward the same finish line with the same energy and spirit.

Because a healthy community is not built by programs alone. It grows when we create opportunities for people to move, connect, participate, and enjoy being together.

Five days of activities may have come to an end, but the purpose behind them continues.

The run eventually ends.
The finish line is crossed.
But the spirit of moving forward together stays. 🏃🏻‍♂️💚

And that is how we close Dulag Legislative (PCL) Week 2026—not standing still, but moving forward as one Dulag. 🇵🇭✨
