FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION CONDUCTED AT TABU ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SUPPORT OF BRIGADA ESKWELA S.Y. 2026-2027

Dulag, Leyte – June 2, 2026 – In support of Brigada Eskwela S.Y. 2026-2027 with the theme, “BAYANIHAN SA PAARALAN: NAGKAKAISA PARA SA KAAYUSAN AT KAALAMAN!”, personnel of the Dulag Fire Station, under the supervision of SFO4 Bendel Bennette P Tobilla, OIC–Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a Fire Safety Inspection at Tabu Elementary School.

The activity aimed to ensure the school’s fire safety preparedness before the opening of classes. Fire officers inspected school buildings and facilities, identified potential fire hazards, and provided recommendations to help maintain a safe and secure learning environment.

CASCADING OF PUSH-TO-TALK OVER CELLULAR (POC) ACTIVATION AND REGISTRATION

Dulag, Leyte- June 01, 2026- Under the leadership of SFO4 Bendel Bennette P Tobilla, OIC–Municipal Fire Marshal, FO1 Matthew A Lopez of Dulag Fire Station attended the Cascading of Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (POC) Activation and Registration conducted at the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal (OPFM), North Leyte.

The activity provided participants with the necessary knowledge and guidance on the activation, registration, and proper utilization of the newly issued POC devices, aimed at enhancing communication efficiency, coordination, and operational readiness among BFP personnel.

DULAG WEST DISTRICT BRIGADA ESKWELA KICK-OFF CEREMONY S.Y. 2026 - 2027

Dulag, Leyte – June 1, 2026 – Dulag Fire Station duty personnel, headed by SFO4 Bendel Bennette P Tobilla, OIC–Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Dulag West District Brigada Eskwela Kick-off Ceremony for S.Y. 2026–2027, alongside personnel from the Philippine National Police (PNP) Dulag and other local stakeholders. The activity, carrying the theme “BAYANIHAN SA PAARALAN: NAGKAKAISA PARA SA KAAYUSAN AT KAALAMAN!”, was held at M.H. Del Pilar Elementary School, Dulag, Leyte.

As part of the activity, Dulag Fire Station personnel assisted in the cleaning and preparation of the school premises before the opening of the school year and conducted a fire safety inspection to help ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students, teachers, and school personnel. The activity highlighted the spirit of bayanihan and the commitment of all stakeholders toward promoting safety, preparedness, and quality education in the community.

Dulag, Leyte – May 29, 2026 – Dulag Fire Station personnel, headed by SFO4 Bendel Bennette P Tobilla, OIC – Municipal Fire Marshal, served as the standby fire suppression team during the Torch Parade in celebration of the 52nd Regional Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Anniversary hosted by the PYAP Dulag, Leyte Chapter in partnership with LGU Dulag.

The activity gathered youth leaders and participants from various municipalities across the provinces of Leyte and Samar, filling the streets with unity, energy, and hope.
