Working together for safer schools ❤️‍🩹

The Sangguniang Kabataan and Brgy. Council of Brgy. Talaguton, together with the Deped school heads of the five schools in Brgy. Talaguton, attended by the PTA Presidents, RPSB Cluster 1 Team Leader and SB Member Hon. Anecito Lutang (Committee on Education), gathered to discuss ways to strengthen school security and protect our syudents and teachers.

The Brgy. Council pledged to provide daily BPAT assistance per school, while the RPSB cluster 1 will maintain police visibility around the schools.

Also, the Sangguniang Kabataan provided metal detectors to all five schools as an added measure to help improve the safety and wellness of our students and teachers.

With this small yet meaningful gesture, we hope to encourage everyone to participate, cooperate and support these efforts because keeping our schools and community safe is a shared responsibility.
