QUALIFICATIONS:
1. For Enumerator applicants, minimum requirement is at least SHS graduate, or have completed 2nd year college (old curriculum) or preferably college graduate;
โข For a SHS graduate below 17 years old, parental consent is required.
2. For Census Area Supervisor applicants, preferably college graduate and with supervisory experience in census/survey or similar operations, with good written and oral communication skills;
3. Physically fit for field work, (if female, must not be pregnant);
4. Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets, smartphones);
5. Able to speak the local dialect;
6. With ability to deal with the public tactfully;
7. With good moral character;
8. Willing to be assigned in any barangay of the city/municipality;
9. Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays and beyond 5:00pm, if necessary;
10. Does not have any existing work contract with other office/agency; and
11. Not related up to fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/recommending officers or direct/immediate supervisors.
12. Preferably with experience and training on census/survey undertaking of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA); and
13. Preferably a resident of the barangay or city/municipality.
