Our heartfelt condolences to the whole Linggayo - Silvania family. You have made a great impact in the lives of all RENHSians, especially during your stay at RENHS. May you rest in peace, Ma'am Dahl Silvania.

DepEd SDO Abra is one in mourning the passing of a good school leader who succumbed to the Almighty, Mrs. Dahlia Lingayo Sivania.

Mrs. Dahlia Silvania, Principal IV, is the benevolent leader of Don Rosalio Eduarte Elementary School of Dolores. She is not only known for being an accomplished and excellent school leader, but also an active and competent trainer and resource speaker in different fields from the division up to the national levels.

Her memories and contribution to education will forever be etched in the heart of SDO Abra as it will serve as an inspiration to all. Her passion, commitment, and dedication are her legacy.

PINABILIS ANG PAGPAPATAYO NG DISASTER-RESILIENT CLASSROOMS

Pinabilis natin ang pagpapalabas ng pondo para sa Learning Continuity Spaces (LCS) upang agad makapagpatayo ng matitibay na classrooms sa mga paaralang nangangailangan.

Sa ilalim ng Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) ng Department of Education (DepEd), tinutugunan natin ang backlog sa silid-aralan gamit ang mabilis at praktikal na solusyon.

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos at sa layunin ng Bagong Pilipinas, may nakalaang ₱3.5 bilyon para sa Fiscal Year 2026 para sa LCS program lalo na para sa mga paaralang may matinding kakulangan sa classrooms, may luma o condemned na gusali, at nangangailangan ng agarang learning spaces.

Para mapabilis ang implementasyon, direktang ibinababa ng DepEd ang pondo sa Schools Division Offices (SDO) upang sila na ang mamahala sa procurement ng materyales at konstruksyon. Karamihan sa materyales ay lokal na bibilhin, habang ang special components gaya ng sandwich panels ay idaragdag kung kinakailangan.

Napatunayan na sa Masbate, Davao, at Bogo City na kayang maitayo ang bawat LCS unit sa loob lamang ng isa hanggang dalawang linggo, habang pasok pa rin sa safety standards laban sa kalamidad.

Sa ganitong paraan, mas mabilis nating naibabalik ang mga mag-aaral sa ligtas at komportableng silid-aralan.

Sa pagtutulungan ng DepEd at PCORP, mas pinagtibay ang Enhanced SHS Work Immersion Program upang mabigyan ang ating mga senior high school learners ng mas makabuluhan at hands-on na karanasan sa mundo ng trabaho.

Ang Private Sector Jobs and Skills Corporation (PCORP), isang non-profit na inisyatiba ng President’s Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC)–Jobs Cluster, ay nagsisilbing tulay ng industriya at edukasyon para tugunan ang jobs-skills mismatch sa bansa.

Sa sama-samang aksyon ng DepEd at PCORP, mas pinalalakas ang immersion experiences na tunay na humuhubog sa kahandaan ng kabataan sa mundo ng paggawa.

𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡, 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙬: 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 2026

Candidates for completion and graduation at Rosalio Eduarte National High School gathered for a meaningful day of recollection at the serene La Grandia De Pao in Upper Pao, Bangued, Abra on March 25, 2026. Led by recollection master Mr. Elmar Cabunot, the event provided a reflective space for students to prepare spiritually and emotionally for their upcoming milestones.

The one-day recollection featured inspiring talks, group and individual sharing sessions, and moments of quiet prayer amid the venue's peaceful surroundings. Mr. Cabunot, known for his dynamic approach to faith-based guidance, emphasized themes of gratitude, resilience, and future responsibility. "This is your time to recall, reflect, and renew on your journey, and commit to carrying forward the values that will shape your path," he told the participants.

Over 200 candidates attended, joining in activities designed to foster personal growth and community bonds. Grades 10 and 12 class advisers, together with the Junior High School and Senior High School coordinators, headed by the school Principal IV, Dr. David P. Linggayo Jr. , were on hand to support the event, ensuring a holistic experience that blended spirituality with practical life lessons.

Participants left the recollection renewed and ready. Dr. Linggayo emphasized in his speech hoping that this activity reminded students the reason they were gathered – not just for grades, but for purpose. The event underscores the school's commitment to holistic student development ahead of the completion and graduation ceremonies.
