A bright and meaningful chapter begins as we warmly welcome Norjdiana Lucman Dipatuan-Ducol, DPA as the new Regional Director of Land Transportation Office Region IX!

Her journey into public service leadership is both inspiring and empowering. From her remarkable tenure as the former General Manager of Lanao del Sur Electric Cooperative (LASURECO), where she helped energize communities and bring light to countless homes, she now takes on a new mission—guiding the roads, systems, and services that keep Region IX moving safely and efficiently.

Just as electricity flows through every household to sustain life and progress, Ma’am Norjdiana’s leadership is expected to flow across every district, office, and community—bringing with it renewed strength, innovation, and a deeper commitment to public service. Her experience in managing essential services, building trust within communities, and ensuring operational excellence will undoubtedly translate into a more responsive, disciplined, and people-centered LTO.

With her at the helm, we look forward to strengthened road safety initiatives, improved frontline services, and a culture of integrity and accountability that reflects the true mandate of the LTO. Her leadership symbolizes not just continuity, but a fresh surge of energy—one that will illuminate the path toward safer roads, responsible motorists, and a more efficient transport system in Region IX.

As we welcome her, we also offer our sincere support and cooperation, united in our shared goal of delivering the highest standard of public service to every Filipino.

Welcome to Land Transportation Office Region IX, Ma’am Norjdiana! We are honored to have you lead the way.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all drivers and conductors who cooperated and supported this activity. Your discipline and commitment play a vital role in keeping our roads safe for everyone.

Together, let us continue working hand in hand for safer roads and a better community.
