YOUTH SUMMIT 2023

Daghan kaayong SALAMAT sa mga kabatanonan nga maabtikong ming kuyog sa gipahigayon nga Youth Summit 2023. Kani nga summit gisugdan kaniadtong Octobre 6 hangtod sa Octobre 8 2023 didto sa may Olingan Sports Complex, Olingan Dipolog City. Aduna kitay 36 kabuok nga mga kabatanonan sa atoang barangay kuyog sa ubang batan-on usab sa Barangay Cogon og Sangkol nga ming sanong sa activity nga gi mugna sa kanhi Mayor sa Dipolog Evelyn T. Uy.

Kami dako usab ang pasalamat sa atoang Mayor karon sa Dakbayan sa Dipolog Hon. Darrel Dexter T. Uy sa paghatag sa amoang mga batan-on og opportunidad para makakat-on og malingaw.

Daghan usab nga salamat sa mga Facilitators, Medic and Other personnel alang sa pagatiman kanamo nga kami mabusog sa adlaw-adlaw og sa amoang safety.

To all the YOUTH of our BELOVED Barangay “ WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU” Hinaot nga sa sunod tuig natong panagtigom, mas makadani kita og daghan pang batan-on para kitang tanan makakat-on og malingaw.

This post is to answer speculation concerning the repair of the Basketball Board located at Sitio Nawayan San Jose Dipolog City.

Some people are spreading that the repair was funded by private people. They scatter lies to gain fame for their personal intentions. They want to make people assume the things that they didn't do.

The repair of two Basketball boards at Sitio Nawayan was financed by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Jose amounting to a total of 5,800 pesos. The SK contacted Mr. Niño Gomez a resident of Purok Mangga San Jose Dipolog City.
All materials including two Marine Plywoods (1,800 each), screws, and paint are costing 3,800 pesos. The cost of labor is 2,000 pesos.

We are hoping that the people of Barangay San Jose would know the truth regarding this issue.

I would publicly congratulate all individuals who actively plan, prepare and do the aftercare of our Linggo Ng Kabataan celebration last August 12, 2023.

This young individual has the potential to be a great leader in our barangay. This event could not be possible without the mind, active participation, and willingness of your heart to serve the youth of our barangay. I have witnessed how striving you all are to make the event victorious.

The smiling faces of our people truly make an impact on us. The laughter and giggles of young children are our happiness at that moment, that we didn’t fail them.

This is our 5th time celebrating Linggo Ng Kabataan, and this is not your last cause we still got more celebrations to make. Continue serving our youth, and continue serving our barangay.
