PINAAGI sa gipagawas nga Executive Order No.16, Series of 2026, si Gov. Darel T. Uy, nagmando sa temporaryong pagpatuman sa ‘Compressed Work Schedule’ ug mandatoryong mga lakang sa pagdaginot sa kuryente sa tanang opisina sa probinsyal nga gobyerno.

Ang tumong niini, mao ang pagpakunhod sa konsumo sa kuryente ug gasolina samtang gisiguro ang padayon nga paghatag sa mga serbisyo sa publiko taliwala sa pagsaka sa presyo sa lana sa kalibutan nga may kalabotan sa nagpadayon nga krisis sa Middle East.

Sugod sa Marso 9, 2026, ang mga empleyado sa probinsyal nga gobyerno moadaptar ngadto sa temporaryong ‘compressed work week’. Bisan pa niini, ang mga opisina PGZN magpabiling abli sa publiko gikan Lunes hangtod Biyernes, apan ang mga empleyado mosulod lamang og upat ka adlaw matag semana.

Ang matag departamento mahimong mopili kung Lunes hangtod Huwebes o Martes hangtod Biyernes ang iskedyul sa trabaho depende sa panginahanglan sa operasyon nga tukion sa mga department head.

Ubos sa bag-ong iskedyul, ang oras sa trabaho magsugod alas 7:00 sa buntag hangtod alas 6:00 sa gabii, uban sa usa ka oras nga lunch break, aron masunod ang 40-oras nga workweek nga gikinahanglan sa Civil Service Commission.

Ang mga opisina nga naghatag og essential ug frontline services magpadayon sa ilang normal nga operasyon aron masiguro ang walay hunong nga pagserbisyo sa publiko. Apil niini ang Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center, tanang district hospitals ug infirmaries, ingon man ang mga public safety ug security units nga magpadayon sa ilang regular nga lima ka adlaw nga trabaho matag semana o 24/7 nga operasyon.

Gimando usab sa E.O. nga ang tanang departamento ug satellite offices sa probinsyal nga gobyerno magpakunhod sa konsumo sa kuryente ug gasolina og 10 porsyento hangtod 20 porsyento.

Kabahin sa mga lakang sa daginot sa kuryente ang pagmintinar sa temperatura sa air-conditioning units sa 24°C.
