Maayong Buntag!!

In celebration with the Linggo ng Kabataan 2023, we present to you Battle of Voices!!!

📍MECHANICS📍
1. Participant/s must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Dicayas, Dipolog City.
2. Open to ages 18 years old and above.
3. Duration of the performance must not exceed 4 minutes. There will be a 1-point deduction for every 5 seconds exceeding the time.
4. Participant/s should sing one (1) full-length minus one song.
5. Choice of song can either be in foreign (English) or OPM genre and must not contain vulgar words.
6. Accompaniment should only be in minus one.
7. Wearing revealing clothes for both men and women is strictly prohibited.
8. Participant/s must be on or before the starting time which is 6:30 pm. There will be a 1-point deduction for every 5 minutes late.
9. Failure to follow the rules may lead to the deduction of points or qualifications.
10. The decision of the board of judges is final and irreversible.

Control, Technique and - 30%
Mastery of Lyrics
Interpretation and Expression - 20%
Stage presence and Impact - 10%

DECLAMATION CONTEST
Mechanics with Criteria and Declamation Piece

1. The contest is open to all Day Care learners of Baranggay Dicayas.
2. Each Day Care School must have 3-5 participating entries.
3. The contest entry is in video format (mp4) with 1090p resolution.
4. The contest piece will be the same for all contestants and shall be provided by the organizer.
5. The school administrator or representative will accomplish registration forms with the parent's consent on the utilization of the video and posting on the SK Dicayas page.
6. Registration and submission of video entries will start on August 17, 2022 and will end on August 26, 2022.
7. All submitted entries will be uploaded to Sangguniang Kabataan page on August 27, 2022.
8. Prizes at stake are as follows:
1st prize - 1 unit of android phone worth Php3,000.00
2nd prize - 1 School Uniform Supplies worth Php2,000.00
3rd prize - 1 School Supplies worth Php1,000.00
Consolation prize - set of school supplies worth Php500.00

9. Winning entries will be selected based on the following criteria:
Mastery - 40%
Delivery - 20%
Gesture and
Facial expression - 20%
Over-all presentation - 10%
Virtual engagement - 10%

hearts and reactions)
Total - 100%

PAGBASA CHALLENGE School Reading Intervention Raffle Contest

Raffle Mechanics
1. All Elementary and Secondary schools located at Baranggay Dicayas will be provided raffle coupons based on the number of learners that needs reading intervention.
2. The Schools shall come up with a reading program/activity to help bridge the reading gap of each participating learner.
3. Parent/Guardian's participation in the reading activity/ies is required.
4. Attendance to all scheduled reading activities must be complied by the learner together with his/her parent or guardian.
5. The learner-parent or guardian pair will each have a coupon. The coupon will indicate the daily attendance of the participants.
6. Only those with complete attendance duly accomplished by the school representative will be accepted as an entry to the raffle contest.
7. All qualified entries shall be submitted by the school representative to the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Dicayas Office on or before August 29, 2022.
8. Raffle draw will be held on August 31, 2022 at 5:00pm via fb live on the official page of Sangguniang Kabataan ng Dicayas.
9. Prizes at stake are as follows:
1st prize - 1 unit android phone worth Php 5,000.00
2nd prize - 1 school bag with school supplies worth Php 3,500.00
3rd prize - 1 set uniform allowance Php 1,500.00
Consolation prize - 33 sets of school supplies worth Php 300.oo
10. Name of Official Winners will be posted on the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Dicayas page after the live raffle
