Today, I attended the graduation ceremony of 52 NC II graduates who completed Basic Security Training and Marksmanship Training Leading to Security Services, representing different municipalities in the Second District of Ilocos Norte, held at Robinsons Ilocos Norte.

Iโ€™m happy to share that 12 of the graduates are from Dingras. Congratulations!
