The Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office is pleased to announce that a MASS WEDDING CEREMONY will be solemnized by Mayor JOEMELLE S. GO SY on DECEMBER 18, 2025 at the Farmer’s Plaza.
Interested couples are advised to visit the OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL REGISTRAR starting November 11, 2025 at 8:00 am to file for their application for marriage license and attend the required pre- marriage orientation seminar at the office of the MSWDO.
Applications will be accepted every monday morning until DECEMBER 1, 2025.

To all Passport applicants at DFA Ilocos norte,
to avoid delays in the issuance of passport, pls. check or verify first the entries in your civil registry documents (birth certificate and marriage certificate) before filing your application for passport as we have observed that DFA passport division has implemented the new rules in securing passports.. if any discrepancies are found ( spelling, no middle names, only middle initial indicated on the middle names and other clerical errors), please feel free to visit the nearest civil registry office in your area.
