Qualifications:
1. Poor but deserving students
2. Dinalupihan residence only
3. 15-30 years old
4. Senior High School students (incoming Grade 11 and incoming Grade 12) and College students
5. NO failing grades and incomplete grades
6. NOT a SPES beneficiary
7. One Beneficiary per Program (walang kapatid na SPES Beneficiary)
8. One Beneficiary per family

|| 127𝓽𝓱 𝓡𝓲𝔃𝓪𝓵 𝓓𝓪𝔂 𝓒𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 ||

In commemoration for the life and works of Rizal, various events were organized in Brgy Rizal. This celebration honored Dr. José Protacio Rizal Mercado y Alonso Realonda, the esteemed Philippine National hero known for advocating freedom through his writings.

Spearheaded by the Punong Barangay, Honorable Emmanuel G. Estanislao, supported by the Barangay Council and Sangguniang Kabataan led by Honorable Jasmine F. Rodriguez, a series of activities were conducted throughout the day.

The morning started with an 8 AM mass, followed by a spirited parade from the entire barangay headed to the Rizal Monument in the town plaza, where a short commemoration was organized. Simultaneously, a free Haircut Service Program was available at the Barangay Hall from 8 am until noon.

In the afternoon, lively parlor games were arranged for the children, providing an enjoyable experience.
This was followed by an evening entertainment program, offering warm dinner for all Rizalians and featuring live bands, singers, and dancers. The night was further enriched with Jose Rizal-themed trivia sessions and raffle prizes for the community.

Participants can register for free at Brgy. Hall, Mondays to Fridays to our SK Chairperson, Nikka Kathlyn Reyes, or to our Brgy. Secretary.

Ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Rizal katuwang ang mga opisyal ng Brgy Rizal ay nagpaskil ng mga karatula at signages sa iba’t-ibang lugar sa ating baranggay na nagpapakita ng pagbabawal sa paggamit ng v**e oh sigarilyo sa pampublikong mga lugar, pati na rin ang kaparusahan na kaakibat nito.
