The 2025 Amended Revenue Code.

The amended code was enacted and approved last December 19, 2025 and was forwarded to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan last December 23, 2025 for review.

The imposition of fees and charges for the services offered by the municipal government are computed based on the tool kit provided by the Bureau of Local Governance Finance (BLGF).

Passed and unanimously approved legislative measures hearing no objection during the 13th Sanggunian Inaugural/1st Regular Session held on July 02, 2025:

1. Adoption of the 2025-2028 Sanggunian Internal Rules of Procedure ( IRP);
2. Adoption of the 2025-2028 Rules of Procedure in the Conduct of the sanggunian Quasi Judicial function,
3 Authorizing the official signatories of LGU San Jose accounts in its depository banks;
4. Adoption of the policies and guidelines in hiring Contract of Service Workers ;
5. Authorizing the hiring of contract of service workers for the executive and legislative branches;
6. Authorizing Municipal Mayor Ruben J D. Zuniega to sign on behalf of LGU San Jose the Deed of Donation with the PCSO for the one (1) unit Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) for San Jose Municipality
