📣The Strategic Performance Alignment: Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Orientation-Workshop for PBDD and Provincial Field Implementers – Cluster 2, composed of DARPO Davao del Sur and DARPO Davao Occidental, was successfully conducted on June 2, 2026, at the DARPO Conference Room, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

The activity aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and application of the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management and performance monitoring tool, ensuring alignment of programs, projects, and activities with organizational goals and objectives.

Mr. Albit, ARPO II, the Regional Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and ACMF Focal Person, served as the Resource Speaker. Also present to provide guidance and technical support were ARPO II Almaso, SARPO Gascon and Depalubos from DARRO XI.

As part of the workshop, actual field data gathering and key informant interviews were conducted among selected ARBOs, including the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association of Igpit and Tiguman and the San Agustin DavSur Agriculture Cooperative, to strengthen participants’ appreciation of evidence-based performance assessment and reporting.

Together, we continue to strengthen organizational performance, accountability, and service excellence in advancing agrarian reform and rural development.

📣 The Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee (PARCCOM) of Davao del Sur successfully conducted its regular monthly meeting on May 18, 2026 at the DARPO Conference Room.

During the meeting, significant resolutions were passed including the request for the facilitation and allocation of Agrarian Reform Fund (ARF) for the payment of Landowner (LO) Compensation covering landholdings already issued with Memorandum of Valuation under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) in the Province of Davao del Sur, as well as the endorsement of the proposed FRM Project in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.

📣 The Sustainable Livelihood Support Project for Disaster-Affected Areas (SLSDAA) was successfully launched for the Nagkahiusang Mag-uuma ng Rizal Multipurpose Cooperative (NAMARIMCO) on May 6, 2026, in Rizal, Malalag, Davao del Sur.

This initiative, under the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development Sustainability Program (ARBDSP) CY 2026, aims to strengthen the resilience and economic capacity of agrarian reform beneficiaries by providing sustainable and income-generating livelihood opportunities. The Ready-to-Lay Chicken Egg Production project is designed to ensure a steady source of income, enhance local food production, and support community-based enterprise development.

Through this project, beneficiaries are empowered not only to recover from challenges brought by disasters but also to build a more stable and productive future for their cooperative and the community.

📣 The launch of the Ready-to-Lay Chicken Egg Production Project marks a meaningful step toward strengthening livelihoods and promoting food security for the members of DONGAN PEKONG FARMERS AND WORKERS ASSOCIATION (DOFAWA) last April 28, 2026 in Brgy. Dongan Pekong, Matanao, Davao del Sur.

Implemented under the Sustainable Livelihood Support for Disaster-Affected Areas (SLSDAA) through the ARBDSP Program for CY 2026, this initiative aims to provide immediate and sustainable income opportunities for agrarian reform beneficiaries. 📣The Launching of the Ready-to-Lay Chicken Egg Production Project under the Sustainable Livelihood Support for Disaster-Affected Areas (SLSDAA) was successfully conducted on May 5, 2026, in Igpit, Digos City.

This initiative supports the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association in Igpit and Tiguman (ARBAIT) by providing a sustainable and income-generating livelihood opportunity through poultry production.

Under the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development and Sustainability Program (ARBDSP) for CY 2026, the project aims to strengthen food security, promote resilience, and uplift the economic condition of agrarian reform beneficiaries, especially those affected by disasters. Through this intervention, beneficiaries are equipped with resources and opportunities to rebuild stronger and more sustainable livelihoods.

📣 The 1st Quarter Review and Planning Session of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development and Sustainability Program (ARBDSP) - DARPO Davao del Sur was successfully conducted on April 30, 2026, at Nyogan Events and Catering Services in Dawis, Digos City.

The activity gathered all DARMO staff and the MARPO to assess program accomplishments, identify gaps, and strategically plan for the succeeding quarters. 📣 The successful conduct of the Seminar on Roles, Functions, Authority, Responsibility, and Accountability of Officers was held for the newly elected and appointed committee members of the San Agustin DavSur Agriculture Cooperative (SADACO) on April 29, 2026, in San Agustin, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

Implemented under the SIB Program of ARBDSP, the activity aimed to strengthen the leadership capacity of cooperative officers by clearly defining their duties and responsibilities, promoting accountability, and ensuring effective governance within the organization. The seminar also emphasized the importance of teamwork, transparency, and adherence to cooperative principles in achieving sustainable development goals for the members.
