A successful Tree Planting Activity was conducted at the Slope Protection Project site funded by OceanaGold Phils. as part of our continuing effort to protect the environment, prevent soil erosion, and promote a greener and healthier community for future generations. 🌳💚

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Mayor May Garnace Calaunan for approving and granting our request through MENRO, headed by Sir Jessie Delio Vaquilar, for the fruit-bearing seedlings provided during the activity.

BAYANIHAN IN ACTION! 🛠️🌧️

Yesterday, May 23, 2026, Punong Barangay Alain Antolin , Barangay Kagawads Hon. Armando G. Armando Opiano and Hon. Johnny Abawag Manoba, along with Barangay Tanods Emerson Garcia and Freddie Marcelo, conducted a De-clogging and Drainage Canal Covering Activity along the barangay road outside Diffun Central School Integrated SPED Center! 🏫✨
By clearing debris and securing canal covers, we are ensuring a safer, cleaner, and flood-free pathway for our students, parents, and motorists. Thank you for your dedication to public safety! 🙏❤️

Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal
📍 Purok 1 Emilio Aguinaldo St. & Purok 2 Emilio Jacinto St.

Through the united efforts of the Barangay Officials and Barangay Tanods, the rehabilitation and cleaning of the drainage canal at Purok 1 and Purok 2 was successfully conducted. The activity aimed to improve water flow, prevent flooding, and maintain the cleanliness of the community.

The operation included the clearing of clogged canals, removal of waste and debris, and cleaning of surrounding areas to ensure a safer and cleaner environment for everyone.

The Barangay sincerely thanks Punong Barangay Alain Antolin, together with the Barangay Kagawads and Tanods, for their dedication, teamwork, and continued commitment in serving the community.
