2nd BATCH ng UPLIFT PROGRAM DISTRIBUTION
(Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport)

Kahapon, ika-10:00 ng umaga (August 10, 2026), isinagawa ang distribusyon para sa 2nd batch ng tulong-pinansyal sa ilalim ng UPLIFT Program sa Municipal Gymnasium, Poblacion, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya. Pinangunahan ang aktibidad ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), kasama ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) at ang Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO).

Sa aktibidad na ito, umabot sa 236 beneficiaries mula sa 19 barangay ng Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya ang nakatanggap ng tulong-pinansyal. Layunin ng UPLIFT na protektahan ang purchasing power ng mahihirap, near-poor, at low-income na pamilya laban sa epekto ng energy emergency, sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng cash subsidy na ₱2,000 kada buwan.

Barangay Officials Complete 3-Day Capacity Building Training🎉

The Diadi Municipal Government , headed by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), successfully concluded a three-day Capacity Development Training for representatives of the 19 barangays of the municipality, held July 29–31, 2026, at the Highlander Hotel in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

🏨Themed "Strengthening of Barangay VAW Desks, BCPC, BPATs," the training aimed to equip our barangay officials and personnel with the knowledge and skills needed for public safety, child and women protection, and digital governance. 💪

🚨 Day 1 covered Basic First Aid, Legal Matters on Citizen's Arrest, arresting techniques, first response, and knot tying — with experts from BFP, PNP, and NAPOLCOM. 👩‍👧 Day 2 Tackled children and women protection — covering BCPC operations and the barangay's role in child protection, Child-Friendly Barangays, Case Management for Children at Risk, and VAW Desk Functionality — led by DILG and MSWDO.

💻 Day 3 introduced digital tools for barangay governance, including information systems for ordinances, certifications, Katarungan Pambarangay, GAD monitoring, and VAWC incident management, facilitated by the PLGOO.

"The training came to a close with the awarding of certificates to all participants, capped off by an inspiring closing message from Vice Mayor Hon. Rolito A. Dulnuan."🙌

Mahalagang malaman na ang listahan ng mga benepisyaryo ay hindi pinipili ng DSWD o ng LGU. Para sa Group 2 at Group 3, ito ay nakabatay sa 2024 CBMS data ng PSA. Ang DSWD ay nagsasagawa lamang ng validation at cross-matching ng records.

Alamin ang tamang impormasyon at iwasan ang mga haka-haka.

Kaninang umaga, ganap na ika-8:00 ng umaga (Hulyo 29, 2026), isinagawa ang distribusyon ng tulong-pinansyal sa ilalim ng UPLIFT Program (Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport) sa Senior Citizen Building, Poblacion, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya. Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) katuwang ang Landbank, Philippine Statistics Authority at Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.

Sa naturang aktibidad, umabot sa 52 beneficiaries mula sa 15 barangay ng Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya ang nakatanggap ng tulong-pinansyal. Ang UPLIFT ay isang programa ng pamahalaan na naglalayong protektahan ang purchasing power ng mahihirap, near-poor, at low-income na pamilya laban sa epekto ng energy emergency, sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng cash subsidy na ₱2,000 kada buwan.

June 24,2026|1st Provincial Pammadayaw nga Panagraduar ti Pantawid Pamilya | Province of Nueva Vizcaya

Today, we proudly celebrate the success of our Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries during the 1st Provincial Pammadayaw nga Panagraduar ti Pantawid Pamilya held at Carlos M Padilla Convention Center,capitol site,Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya.

We are honored to share that 20 exited Pantawid beneficiaries came from the Municipality of Diadi, a testament to their perseverance, resilience, and commitment to achieving self-sufficiency.

As a recognition of their accomplishments, each exited beneficiary received:
🎁 ₱5,000 worth of grocery gift packs, and
📚 ₱3,000 Educational Assistance
from the Local Government Unit of Diadi, for a total assistance of ₱8,000 per beneficiary.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the Local Government Unit of Diadi, headed by Hon. Sandy M. Gayaton, Municipal Mayor, for the unwavering support and commitment to the successful implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. A meaningful milestone was achieved as two (2) Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) Butao Swine Farmers SLPA and Butao Egg Producers SLPA organized associations from Butao each received a livelihood grant worth ₱450,000 a total of P900,000 This assistance marks a new beginning for the members former Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries who have successfully exited the program and are now taking confident steps toward self-reliance and sustainable economic growth.

The payout is more than just financial support; it is an investment in the dreams, determination, and resilience of the beneficiaries. Through their collective efforts, these associations are expected to strengthen their livelihoods, create more opportunities, and improve the quality of life of their families and communities.

This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering support and partnership of the Local Government Unit of Diadi and DSWD Field Office II, whose commitment to empowering communities continues to inspire hope and progress.

Together, we celebrate this achievement and look forward to seeing these associations grow and succeed in their livelihood ventures.

PWD Bazaar at the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitol

In line with the celebration of National Disability Rights (NDR) Week 2026, the PWD Bazaar was successfully held at the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitol in Bayombong, providing Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from across the province an opportunity to showcase and market their locally made products.

Representing the Municipality of Diadi, PWD Focal Person Jayson C. Ventura proudly promoted and sold products made by the Diadi PWD Associations, highlighting the creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial potential of the municipality's PWD community.

The bazaar served as more than just a marketplace—it became a platform for promoting economic empowerment, encouraging public support for PWD-made products, and recognizing the valuable contributions of Persons with Disabilities to local enterprise and community development.

The Municipality of Diadi, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), remains steadfast in its commitment to creating inclusive opportunities that empower Persons with Disabilities toward self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
